Completely OTT for any public roads but will look great on track. Hope they will all be allocated to people who will fully exploit its capabilities on track and not to poodle around on the nearest high street.
Same, although hope it’s ok to pickup a takeaway on the way home!Taffy66 said:

Very few of the owners would be able to drive these cars even close to their ability. jm8403 said:

I can't but I'll still be blasting my RS WP around Oulton Park on Tuesday this week. My point is that RS Porsches are wasted just poodling around on public roads and really only come alive in a track environment. You don't have to be a driving god to do this !Taffy66 said:

Good on you, the more the better (on track)dashobbit said:
Mannings don’t cover the full value any longer, worth bearing that in mind if you weren’t already aware
AFAIK they do not cover Porsche full stop and, when I spoke to them earlier this year, were not clear about Nurburgring.FWIW I have used Moris, but they will not cover your 3rd party costs. The T's and C's for most 'Ring track days exclude 3rd party claims - so no claims between cars/drivers - but this does not cover your liability for the cost of crash barrier repairs and replacements. Your liability to the circuit remains.
Since I was last there in 2019, insurance has roughly doubled. It used to be £250 / day for cars under £100k, but is now much more, although booking for a multi-day event eases the pain slightly.

My own driving talents will not in any way reach the limits of the car of course, but I expect it will be an amazing cat to track.
