Have to say the estimate’s look realistic to me...but once you add their commission and say allow £5k bill from your friendly Porsche specialist for sorting out problems because cars haven’t been used you’d need to buy at low estimate.
an Auction car sold as seen is not a £63k car !! which is what a £55k bid would cost you !

The mint OPC car was £65k asking with a LSD option (I am sure that was still an option ! ) , low miles, full aero kit and 2 year warranty on new tyres.

I would go £52k top wack if RR free and looked ok in person on the auction car.

be interesting to see what happens.
If that 14k mileage is right even though unwarranted this could be lowest mileage 997 GTS in the UK and a very rare manual too although clearly this is counteracted by the car having been mothballed with all associated problems.

Worth remembering fairly tough engines on these GTS despite the usual sketchy history with mothballed cars.

The cheap spec will be, white,
More like red? biggrin:

White was the most popular colour new on the gen 1, but gen 2s only 25 white v 50 red PDKs out of 250.
joking aside I think later on it will be Crayon seeing the bad times.
Crayon not my favourite looks too much like unfinished primer imo but it is a decent seller and many like it as it is the contemporary colour supported by grey being the most popular car colour atm.

Usual story though in time fashion inevitably dates whereas more classic style does not.
Crayon gt3 sold to first viewer in less than a week for your informed info.

No idea which was the OPC car but yes you make some fair points. It will be interesting to see how these cars sell...it feels like to me it’s the newer cars that are really seeing demand (perhaps because it’s cars that are easy to finance ?) As an example the Ashgood’s 964 RS has already been reduced by £5k and hasn’t been for sale for two weeks. Probably a bit over priced as not original paint but clearly they’re not getting much interest to cut the price already.

Yes she’s very old and as such it’s very important that the large donations are made immediately smile

Ooooh! Beautiful.

If the other 3 look anywhere near as good as that one, you are a very lucky guy!

Can't wait to see the fitted pics.
