Isn't it just. Absolutely gorgeous.
The colour scheme is the sort of thing which would suit an Exige (another of my favourite cars right now) right down to the ground, but the RS wears it beautifully.
The Exige S3 in either 430 Cup or 410 Sport guise is probably my current favourite new sports car.Even more so than the new 718 GT4/Spyder which have got too heavy and quiet for my tastes..The 430 Cup with 430 Bhp(Not PS) is a massive 325Kg lighter than the 718 GT4 and 15 BHP more power. The colour scheme is the sort of thing which would suit an Exige (another of my favourite cars right now) right down to the ground, but the RS wears it beautifully.
I had no idea he was looking at an Exige, but I've been admiring them on trackdays for a while. Just look so 'right'.
As for that PTS Nardo grey RS. Surely 'that' one is the only one?

Cant be many to this spec ?
I wonder if it was supplied by the selling dealer!
Almost definitely. I’ve no idea why but there’s something very sensitive about OPC’s selling flipped GT cars supplied by another OPC. My OPC had a GT2 RS last spring which was “another OPC’s car”....couldn’t advertise it. Cant be many to this spec ?

End of week update, well on it’s way back together!
All plastic items are wrapped in the same satin finish material, basically it matches the window surround finish, door handles as well!
Looking good and limiting all the different surface finishes is making the whole project look very coherent
You have to see it in the flesh really to appreciate the effect
Here’s a few close ups

Looks like they did a great job Barry..I finally got round to washing my filthy Black RS today after the 400 mile round trip to Silverstone and back..I only PPFd the bonnet and front bumper and noticed while i was washing it that Topaz don't wrap the edges at all on the windscreen side of the bonnet..I will probably get the rest of the car done soon, however will drive it up to Max Protect as he seems to do a brilliant job by covering all edges.

I would now be trying to find a way to get this car in my lounge.

If you carry on racking up the miles like that Taffy then you’ll have to part ex it soon for the low miles Nardo Grey one Digga said:
Not even sat in my mate's Exige yet, let alone been out in it. In a way, I sort of don't want to, because I know I will end up wanting one....

Green 410/430 Cup for sure I’m very eclectic and like what I like and not because it costs akot
My EVO’s and Subaru’s are great driving machines and in comparison cost a fraction of the RS with plenty of smiles to be had
The mini is one such example, when I saw the spec and some videos of what there like to drive it was a no brainer when you consider it cost about the same as ticking the option box for Mag Rims and for that you get the whole car

I can see you Digga in an Exige 430 Cup preferably painted in Motorsport green..No horrible matt plastic on the outside, just stunning gloss Carbon fiber..I think they are absolutely stunning sports cars and at under 1100 KG what's not to like..!
The high CofG ;-) Sadly hence the relative slow laptimes for its power to weight ratio. I also love them though, but still think after owning 2 Lotus the Elise is the real drivers car for the UK.
I did have a 410 for 1/2 a day and loved it though, nice to have the power. But head says Elise every time.

That's interesting..I'm really drawn towards the Exige , however i also like the Elise S3 especially the 250 Cup..The 220 Sprint is a really nice model but as common as hen's teeth.I also love them though, but still think after owning 2 Lotus the Elise is the real drivers car for the UK.

I think they only made about 12 sprints ! But most of the pre reg cars have the forged sprint wheels.
And for me it has to be orange in a Sprint.

I've seen pre-reg Exige 350 Sport asking £54K which seems better value..350 PS in a car which weighs 1125Kg is more than plenty for the UK..But most of the pre reg cars have the forged sprint wheels.

that's not like driving a 875kg sprint though, and they are not charged cooled.go drive a few. I would only have a 410Sport in the Exige range myself.

After checking them out last night i have to agree..The 410 Sport with all the Carbon, better brakes, charge cooling and lighter is a big step up on the 350 even without the extra 20% power.go drive a few. I would only have a 410Sport in the Exige range myself.
My dad has been racing one of these for the past two years and loves it. Still not had a go, but he loves the fact that it’s a proper tin top ‘mini’ touring car.
