Yes but that's not the point. I'd have more respect for your opinions if you actually had some experience driving 911's !.

The manual only option was puzzling to say the least .
Not to me - it made the GT3 more road-spec: manual, no wing, street sleeper. All the engine and handling, none of the shouty boy racer image.

Quite unique in modern cars.

Agree about the 992,it will be like the 991.2 where few had bought clubsport so clubsport got a premium and then loads bought clubsport on the gen2.
Speculators will buy the touring in droves .
If that happens, in a world of Tourings, the 991.2 Touring becomes a much rarer car. And the 992 styling is not for everyone. The 991.2, for me, is a much better looking car. But then I am a little biased. wink

I know it’s slightly different, but only have to look at the prices of the 997 GT3 RS 4.0 to see what a low number of C16 cars does to a particular market.

As Porsche are moving further mainstream i think they are at risk of losing the allure of 911 ownership..The new 992 has become more GT car and much less sports car..I can't see me chasing any new 992 iteration if it means having to sell my RS WP..

You too....and don't get me started on those that don't run their lumbar support seat bolster pressures at less than 30psi...31psi all day on my brand new 2019 Porsche 911991 RS WP ....amateurs the lot of you.

The touring isn't for everyone taste judging by the previous posts.

But for me its my favourite car
I have the RS with the wing, cage, PDK and buckets
I have the GTS with rear seats and PDK and comforts
I have the touring with no rear seats, manual and buckets. completely fits my needs, I never need people in the back, just the dog. the dog likes no rear seats as his bed fits better..
My wife likes it because it doesn't shout 'look at me'

I would say the Silverstonecar looks expensive, but get it bought. its really bloody good fun. :-)
And really, who cares about no PCCB....

And c28 UK cars is indeed the lowest of the low.

You'll not believe this, but I've heard there's a gentleman who didn't have the deviant stitching - I almost had a nervous breakdown when I heard, I mean how can such a lightweight stripped out raod going race car manage without deviant stitching?

I've also discovered a great own brand PPF - I've shrink wrapped mine in a Tesco's bag, slight problem with lining up the red stripes, but I've saved a fortune. AND as an evening job I'm delivering groceries to the locality - charitably aboviously

Why don't you Paul and Robbie Rotten buy Bristol OPC's flipped Nardo Grey 2019 991.3 GT3 RS Weissach pack PTS between you..You'll have to deliver it to Robbie Rotten's house as he doesn't like going further than 15 miles from home as its such a hassle to drive further..You could wrap the cheap plastic ducts with left over Christmas wrapping xmas.. On second thoughts old Scrooge wouldn't be celebrating Xmas in the first place as its such a waste of money.biggrin
I've just realised the Nardo RS doesn't have BOSE or Auto wipers...Meanie flipper.bandit

Private I hope, parking a nightmare a NHS dental surgeries. I can only park the Spyder there, no way I can take my Ferrari 458 Italia coupe, Porsche Panny-Raisen Butty Sporty GT or Porsche Sport Grandy-Standy Touristy-o Hybrid there either.

Apologies, but just because I have a brand new 911 991 GT3 RS WP, doesn’t mean I don’t know how and where it could obviously be improved. The rain ducts in carbon are a must to clear rain, unless you want to use the wipers...and that’s a chore on any motorway. Just Kevin Estre...

I really don't like driving a Porsche 911 in the city on week days as i feel so self conscious.hehe I'd much rather drive in the city traffic in my Scooby Do liveried surf bus especially with a couple of surf boards on the roof.. Some people say i look like Keanu Reeves but i only see Robbie Rotten when i look in the mirror...which is often licksmokin

Well taff the problem is robbie rotten only has a 12 car garage which is full including a weisach thingy,so no room to park the nardo.
The reason only a 15 mile radius taff,is he only has a welsh passportsmile
The nardo car looks better every time i look at it,but now you say no bose to go with the stitching,im sorry im out!
Bandit flippers r us!

I made room in my private dentist car park,as just put the winter tyres on the cayenne, and shunted a few cars around to make room.;)
I will have to visit hunter in the smoke some time for a proper dental treatment,i hear you can get a good massage there also and happy at the end of the visit, all included in the price of the dental treatment.

I thought plastic ducks were the sort of thing you found in the shooting gallery at the fairground

If I’d know they were fitted with those I’d have turned down my allocation banghead

Mind you on the bright side Green Mclarens are South of 150 and LG RS’s are North of 200

Maybe Plastic Ducks aren’t so bad after all hehe

I really really wanted a new RS WP but at number 4 i just missed the cut, cryI'm really not bitter and twisted because i didn't get one weeping, really i'm not mad
I only wanted one as i wanted to see what the world is like more than 15 miles from my safe house. My air cooled 911's factory warranty only ran out 45 years ago and when it breaks down i don't want to be left on my own in the dark yikes The lights are like a pair of candles and i really really want the latest sooper dooper LEDs like on the new RS which i'm really really not bitter about..
I'd buy my pal's flipped RS but i can't as for £240K i'd expect a full £10K PPF in the deal.laugh
