With all the recent discussions / debates about COVID and GT prices...here is an example that has made me scratch my head...
On the one hand, expecting prices to drop - but clearly dealerships think otherwise..

Great spec, and i like the fact that it is LHD - but 151k?..what do you guys think?

Far too much money for a non-OPC car with the steering wheel on the wrong side.

Otherwise, beautiful car :-)

Ok it really depends how much value you attach to the very low mileage.

Spec looks ok bit the ad is incomplete and there are no interior photos accessible.

It would set alarm bells ringing for me as to why has the car been stored for so long. How many times has it been flipped how many owners and where has it been stored?

Service history?

Country of registration?

A 9k mile 2016 16 UK supplied Ultra Violet right hand drive GT3 RS CS was recently sold on Collecting Cars for c£130k inclusive 2 or 3 owners entered by DK engineering. Decent spec but no extended leather.

The trouble with really low mileage like that, is there is a hefty premium to be paid. The moment you use it the premium's blown. CArs like that are best for collections that re rarely to see the light of day! Just my 2ps worth

I completely understand the element on the low mileage premium. It makes sense (to me at least).
Having spoken to the dealer, seems the car was indeed stored at an "elderly gentlemen's private collection" and thats how he got his hands on it.

Last service was in Aug 2019.

The LHD is attractive to me as i move around EU and US quite often - I have been looking for a white one for a long time...hence i am attracted to this one.

Ive always wanted to get into a .1 RS, with very low miles (and no track time by 1st owner)...

Buy what works for you not others, be plenty on here who wouldn’t even consider a lhd.

Like you say you spend a lot of time in lhd countries so it makes sense for you.

Jzm had a delivery mileage French car for ages, know idea where it ended up as it was marked as reserved more than once only to appear back up for sale again. I’m sure it was around 145k to 150k when I first saw it.

My comparison would be the 1400 mile RHD PTS car that THJ advertised and sold during lockdown. He put it up for £147k...someone said it sold for £140k. That was during lockdown and prices firmer but there’s no way a LHD car is worth what this one is being advertised for.

Well one thing is that these in Germany are strong money especially as the pound is weak so you won't find one with such low miles for less than this car.

Saying that it in the UK so imo its worth around £135-140k. An OPC had a low mileage LHD white car about six months ago i,m sure it was £125k.

I paid £147k for a brand new similar spec car in October 2015.

Miles to expensive IMHO

The used car market is pure supply versus demand. New purchases have other variables, which are well documented.

GT3 and RS models are selling like hot cakes at the moment - at least they are from the right dealers - some of which are having record sales figures for the month. My local OPC has also had their record month for used cars.

The summer is coming, track season getting in full swing and borders opening up to Europe, so expect good cars to be snapped up quickly.

As for this car - it’s a lot for a LHD car, but it’s super low miles. So likely to end up in a collection somewhere perhaps and someone would pay that.

I can see why you’d spec a GT3 as Comfort but with the more track focused RS I really don’t understand it.
