No nearly new low miles GT4s below £90k and the only 2 OPC cars at under £85k is a comfort still over list ££ and a 1 year old 3k miler in the ubiquitous black.
many people love black. screw nearly new, all 718 GT4 are nearly new :-).

Leema cars has a del mile red car reduced.
https://www.leama.co.uk/vehicle/porsche-unlisted-c...

I could not pay circa £95k on the 718, it's not worth it. def be looking at the £85k market and you will find these will hold more money in 3 years over the £100k cars today.
You said OPC cars!

Never heard of Leama cars not sure if that car is c16 either. Traders from their home address.

As for delivery mileage its done 550 miles lol and is older reg!

Agree on your £85k limit btw thats enough for the GT4 and by coincidence what mine comes to roughly same spec as that red one except for the Christmas cracker gold wheels and rear camera.

Just to clarify; is the Dual-Zone Climate really still a cost option?

Yes, on a 718 GT4 it's £539.

I don't want a GT4 ! totally pointless car for me, I either want a Spyder if there is a slot going next round or a GTS 4.0l

That’s crazy.
Can’t imagine a £90k-ish GT4 with the basic pita aircon - you don’t even get that in most bottom of the range rental cars these days.
Surely no one would knowingly spec a GT4 without Climate?

I live in an area with no street lights so to me it is important as I do sometimes go for an evening drive. I also got carried away when I specced mine so maybe I am not the best person to ask smile When these cars were new a good spec car would have been about £130k....with some cars getting up to £140k. Base price was circa £110k.

I suppose what I would say about those “must haves” is that it’s that spec that gets the top money. If you don’t want/need it that’s great as there’s more cars to choose from and you may get a car slightly cheaper.
I know what you mean about the lights. I stay in a small village and once out the village there is no lights and a good set of lights are great but I find Xenon ok but obviously Led is far superior
My wife’s 718 Boxster has Xenon’s and they do the job really well...to be honest if I’d never had a car with LED’s I’d think they were great.

I would agree, it was only when I used the 991 in wet winter evenings did I realise how good the LED lights were.

Like anything it’s hard to go back once you have tried it.

On another extreme I took my cerb out late one evening in the summer, at one point I thought my lights we’re actually off 🤣, they weren’t!

Both my 981 Spyder and 981 GT4 have manual aircon.

It actually works fine but most buyers now want climate so specced that on the 718.

Why do you say the standard aircon is a PITA? On cars I've owned with independent driver and passenger controls they are normally on the same temperature setting. £500+ is huge whack to pay for independence.

That’s not correct though.
Unless you pay for the upgrade you don’t get Climate at all - you only get basic aircon that requires constant fiddling and adjustment.

It is likely that many others have made that error in the past and proudly arrived at the dealership to collect their sparkling, fully loaded Boxster/Cayman and then realised in horror that they forgot to tick the Climate box eek

I had a loan car with the standard aircon a few months ago...it was ste. It’s ridiculous you have to pay £500 for climate control but there you go...it’s one of those boxes you have to tick. At least it’s not £4K like Apple CarPlay in a Ferrari smile

Although climate control is absolutely wasted on my wife....every blink in grime I get in the car she’s adjusted the temp but increasing/decreasing the fan speed....I have literally lost count of the amount of times I’ve tried explaining it. Have given up ! Women and thermostats are not a good mix in my experience !

I agree it should be standard and i've ticked the box on every Porsche i've bought. Regarding Apple CarPlay on Ferraris, its a £2.4K option which is bad enough not £4k.

Haha she is clearly seeing your cars heating as an extension of the heating in the house. biglaugh

My g/f constantly turns the heating up and I immediately turn it back down again.

Seems a recurring theme in most households lol.

Does your wife know your girlfriends turning the heating up?

Get a Bosch easy control, you can lock it so no one can turn it up 🤣

No it’s not
Yep. Pretty much is.
You have to pay show room tax and on the road costs on a new car, where on the Lema cars it’s just the £500 on TAX you need to add, so that all adds up to drive away costs of £400 under list ish.
