Can you buy a decent spec 991.2 GT3 for under £120K?

Just dropped a deposit on a 991.2 GT3 manual with club sport subject to test drive tomorrow. But suspect that my hard earned is as good as spent!
Congrats. You should be aware though that the 992 GT3 is imminent and so one might expect a price drop in the next couple of months. Having said that, the 991.2 may never be topped in certain respectsAlways a mistake to leave it until the New Year as prices of Porsche GTs always rise in January and continue rising approaching Spring and the track season etc.
Big increase in 992 price expected plus increasingly likely hard Brexit charge on top will further support residuals too.

Thanks for the advice regarding values and understood.
But now is the time for me. A red GT3 has been on my wish list for ever and in a moment of weakness I managed to get my wife to approve (albeit without knowing exactly what it costs!)
So I'm moving now. Its my forever car.

If it’s your ’forever car’ zero need to worry about future values, congrats. But now is the time for me. A red GT3 has been on my wish list for ever and in a moment of weakness I managed to get my wife to approve (albeit without knowing exactly what it costs!)

Congratulations and hope test drive goes well.

Hi guys, just sitting here googling 991.2 GT3 options prices and this post came up, I’ve literally just put a holding deposit down on a white CS manual, having read the post in depth I think it seems to have all the right spec that’s important to me and most people, ideally would have liked carbon but the aluminium package seems to go well with the silver striped seat inserts.

I just read something that concerned me and has never crossed my mind when buying from a UK dealer, that is the car could be an import, I saw some comments about a red one for sale in the main dealer network that came from Belgium.
I’m assuming its just a case of asking the dealer for previous owner details? Sorry if a stupid question but as I say the thought of a RHD main dealer car being classed as an import hadn’t ever crossed my mind.

Just ask if it’s C16 car as I recall..
Carbon interior can be changed out for less than a set of tyres with Porsche OEM pieces, I did that with my previous .2 if that’s your thing.
Buy, Drive and Enjoy as life’s too short

Ok great thanks for the advice, out of interest did you change the carbon on a GT3 or a non GT 991.2? Only reason I ask is the dealer, Wilmslow refused to change the aluminium inserts for the carbon, saying they couldn’t do it which I found very bizarre.
It was done on my 991.2gt3, bought all OEM Porsche interior CF parts and fitted myself in very little time, very easy to change out with minor effort with trim removal tools..Hth.

I wouldn't bother it looks good as it is.I had the aluminium in the gt4 and it looked good .swilding said:
To answer the original question I thought you could buy a good (to me) spec 991.2 GT3 for 120k.
https://finder.porsche.com/gb/en_GB/911-GT3-203005
But upon more detailed discussion it appears the car was purchased from a dealer in Belgium so making the car an import. Which would devalue the car from my point of view to much less than 120k.
So my search continues for a 991.2 with lift and club sport package...
I see the price has dropped on this , it’s advertised as 1 previous owner and I presume the registered date on the uk v5 will be different to date if manufacture ?, what is the actual history of the car do you know ?https://finder.porsche.com/gb/en_GB/911-GT3-203005
