Can you buy a decent spec 991.2 GT3 for under £120K?

Keeping an eye on this thread as I have half an eye out for a 991.2 GT3 manual. Not many coming up for sale in the "must have" spec - lift, buckets, PCCB etc.

This one seems to have been hanging around for a while - I assume because of no PCCB (I'm new to this )?

Both CS cars red one is 18 plate white one 67?

Red OPC car 3 owners and approaching 10k miles higher than average for a 2018 GT3 and steel brakes too. £7k over list ££.

White Redline car nice mileage 5k don't know how many owners but has ceramic brakes and older folding buckets otherwise lowly spec biggest problem is no extended leather so placcy dash and door tops. Again £7k over list ££.
