Sounds great - very envious
I presume this doesn’t invalidate the warranty as the suspension is adjustable?
The “public road” settings for Toe, Camber and Anti Roll Bar are all specified by Porsche with a tolerance in the owners handbook with a separate list of settings for, as Porsche describe, “driving on a race circuit”. All the changes made to my GT3 have put the settings at the most “road biased” end of the tolerance range so no impact on warranty. I presume this doesn’t invalidate the warranty as the suspension is adjustable?
I am approaching 5000km in my GT3 Touring PDK. I have just had my summer tyres fitted and as with the winters, I cannot even remotely recognise what Harry Metcalfe was on about regarding tramlining or overeager steering requiring frequent inputs. My car is perfect and the steering is the best I have ever had in a road car. The only issue I have with long drives is, that the car is loud. I have the 918 carbon backed seats and after a bit of getting used to they are great and i would not spec otherwise. I choose PDK as I am using the car for longer trips between cities in Southern Europe and it is slightly more comfortable in heavy traffic. The PDK gearbox suits the engine very well and when you hit the hairpins in the Alps you want both hands on the steering wheel when shifting. Steering is what sets its apart from the other 992s and off course that high reving flat six engine. What a gem (but it is bloody loud at 9000 rpm).

Very strange numberplate as I thought that all german numberplates were required to have the town or commune (Landkreis) initials before a number i.e HH for Hansestadt Hamburg, M for Munich etc.
Yes that had me wondering too. With it being in London I thought it could have been a private UK plate in German font (not really allowed) but the D numberplate suggests it is from Germany. Either way a lovely machine, even the traffic warden was smiling as he circled his prey. The driver was nearby so a friendly nod was enough to prevent the yellow window decoration on this occasion.

Interesting that you find it loud on long trips, as one on my first things planned was chaning the exhaust to a JCR titanimum valved pipe, https://jcr-developments.com/collections/992-gt3-r... to open up the sound, but may delay that fitment and live with the car for while first.Anyone else fitted the JCR?

I asked for PTS around a month ago when I got my Touring allocation but was told no.

If no trouble do you mind posting some more pictures? The exterior of yours looks very close to the spec I'm going for, which hasn't locked yet.
Thanks. Hope you're having fun with it, or will do soon.
check out the driver of this brand-new GT3 manoeuvring around a parking lot without knowing how to drive stick. It's brutal to watch.
