What is it you don't like about RT?
It’s got less pile to it. Less fluff! Feels thinner but also coarser. Don’t get the feeling it will last as well. All subjective of course.Look forward to your further thoughts on the car as the miles increase.

Looks great! As I’m a 718 GT4 owner I’m very Interested in your thoughts as to how the cars compare and is the GT3 worth the £50K plus premium? (Assuming you can even get one in the first place!).
That’s an interesting question. On the road, you can’t go any quicker, that’s for sure. It feels more of an event though but then I’ve been fawning over a new GT3 since 1999. This is my grail car!The engine is very special indeed and adds massively to the theatre even during running in. It’s noisier too in a good way, but as I said more like the 981 GT4 experience. However, when it can rev to 9 it is going to howl and make the hairs on the back of the neck stand up. GT4 never did that for me in either guise.
Balance is noticeably different, I can really feel that the weight is further back, but it’s not unpleasant, just different.
Turn in and steering feel is the best I’ve ever experienced.
It is a bit harsher over the rough stuff at lower speeds, but that doesn’t bother me. As soon as the speed picks up it’s perfect.
It’s going to come alive on the track, where I think the difference to a GT4 will really show. That said, it’s only going to be faster in my hands because of the power and straight line speeds. I won’t be going round corners quicker as that is limited by my growing sense of mortality and increasing age. Oh, and my driving skills, or lack of.
Worth it for me so far, because I really wanted to own a GT3 from new. Not so sure it’s worth it just for the sake of upgradeitis. GT4 is a fantastic car and I would have kept it too if I had the space.
I picked mine up last Thursday and I’ve had an amazing 6 days clocking the miles up around the TT course with no speed limit in sections
Firstly I had a 2019 GT4 and absolutely loved it, it was a fantastic car but it’s doesn’t even come close to the GT3 IMO the handling and noise is just sublime in the GT3 it’s fast too very fast and I’m still running it in, I’ve had many comments about how amazing the car sounds too and the real surprise was I was out with a GT4, a GT3.2 and a couple of other cars I was first on the road then a M3 then the GT3 and then the GT4 and the driver of the GT4 said it was my car he heard over the 911.2 with a JRC exhaust on too even though the Gt3 was directly in front of him and I was 3 cars ahead !!
The way the car turns into a corner and then fires you out the other side is nothing short of amazing!! The car is addictive and I look forward to experiencing the 9k

That was the noise from the V8 with the hacked exhaust, which was nuts . If yours sounded like that id hand it backFirstly I had a 2019 GT4 and absolutely loved it, it was a fantastic car but it’s doesn’t even come close to the GT3 IMO the handling and noise is just sublime in the GT3 it’s fast too very fast and I’m still running it in, I’ve had many comments about how amazing the car sounds too and the real surprise was I was out with a GT4, a GT3.2 and a couple of other cars I was first on the road then a M3 then the GT3 and then the GT4 and the driver of the GT4 said it was my car he heard over the 911.2 with a JRC exhaust on too even though the Gt3 was directly in front of him and I was 3 cars ahead !!

If yours has now got 500-600 miles on it now , use the full revs .Put it in auto sport up to the ton and jump on the brakes and see how the gears will change , it will amaze you.
another neat trick with PDK-S
in manual mode, select 1st, pull in both paddles, dial up 6k rpm (or more) and release the paddles - it's like launch control but without the control - big fookoff 11's on the road and a load of fun to be had
And for those that don't know - on PDK-S, pulling in both paddles is like depressing the clutch on a manual car.

Serial 'flippers' always choose PCCBs and Clubsport to aid a quick and prosperous sale.

It looks identical to the one posted here a while back from a link of a picture taken at Caffeine and Machine. If so a very early car(maybe the first) and fair play its already done 2.5k miles. Not a flipper by choice as he specified Steels and comfort seats sans Clubsport so a genuine reason for sale IMO.

I disagree, the flip cars i see are always early cars and always basic spec so they can max out their return. A better spec one choosing buckets and PCCB would be over 11k more on the purchase price and wont add 11k to a sale price. So yes that is perfect flipper spec in my eyes. Rag it for 2k odd miles and flip. I personally would avoid that car like the plagueSerial 'flippers' always choose PCCBs and Clubsport to aid a quick and prosperous sale.

I agreed with Scott !! This is where Porsche GB should step in, trace the car back to the supplying dealership and quiz the DP on their due diligence on why did they sell this car to a potential flipper. Of course the centre may have been duped into thinking the customer was genuine as they are not benefiting from the resale. Result a genuine enthusiast misses out or pays over the odds. I honestly think they don't care too much, its all hype etc. OPC also like a piece of the pie which i think is only fair for the honest opc that does not take back handers. I also think that its only fair that my opc gets first choice on my cars and lets face it, they are going to pay as much as any other 3rd party seller

Does look like the “first Uk customer car” Serial 'flippers' always choose PCCBs and Clubsport to aid a quick and prosperous sale.
Which then makes it odd that it’s not back in the OPC network?
