Interestingly, the ‘My Porsche’ app now shows the stages of the build process with photos and videos of the car on the production line, nice touch??
Thank you for the post. I ignored the Porsche e-mail and went back to it now. Interesting that it shows the same green colour as yours - not what I ordered. Let's see when the real colour will be appliedAPOLO1 said:

That looks great,May i enquire did you go for the stock trim or leather, what do you think of the way it drives? handles is it a bit harsh ride wise over a normal one? Mines in build....
I went for the standard GT seats as they suit the car, they are obviously not as good as the 18 ways which I think you have speced, it's a real shame they didn't offer the 18 ways with the GT pattern.
Ride is quite a bit firmer that the standard car but not at all uncomfortable or crashy. Acceleration and sound are amazing, breaks very good as to be expected, rear end look great too. The PCM software seem quite different form our 2 year old car that has just gone back.
It would be fun to give it a blast on track to see what it's like flat out, I wonder if PDE will have a car there.

Quick question. I like the idea of neodyme wheels to go with the agate grey that I've specced but am unsure what they look like IRL.
Just found these pics. Are they representative? Am thinking neodyme's brighter in reality. Appreciate that much will depend on the light, but would be useful to know how bright they are. Thanks.
Was an option I was considering until sorted PTS. The neodyme is much brighter than your photo and looks great with agate, as one from local dealer, and as the wheel on our Boxster 25. Agate plus Neodyne was also my choice for the incoming Touring until I secured a PTS slot Gassing Station | 911/Carrera GT | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
