992 GT3 price increase

The price increase is coming through from May, 2nd batch of GT3s will be 2022 model year, cars being build in April are 2021 model year, option list is limited as is PTS.
Price increase is coming, have heard anywhere between £5,000-£15,000.. early allocations have to buy a Porsche watch as they are buying at the “old price”.. watch is circa £5,000

No, watch is on the Configurator at £8,400 plus extras.

Where is the Porsche communication that has said the watch is compulsory?

You can buy the £5000 Targa watch, could also come 20% discount.... , doesn’t have to be the GT3 watch.

The watch is not compulsory

But if you don't have the watch......... you don't necessarily help the situation, if you understand......
I am probably going to buy a watch :-(

People are told whether they have an allocation or not, well before they have to finalise their specifications.

I have an allocation, one of first 3 cars from local OPC. Spec has been finalised.. May delivery

But to get an allocation, sometimes you might need to promise to buy certain extras.....

I do know.....

I’ve been involved in conversations...

Especially if you won’t sell back certain products that you currently own...

It’s not blackmail, you understand, it’s good business...

The watch wasn’t compulsory for me ?! I have the 1st car my OPC is getting

Unless I will be told this at a later date

Even bigger depo on the poor quality watch,goes with the plastic quite well.
Have to buy the watch,what has Porsche come to.
