Porsche ones finish on the roof.
Totally in love with how the car looks and drives.

Front showing roof stripes as well please? I think the stripes look fab on the GTS and make the car so much more interesting looking

Quick question for you folks as I'm getting used to the car. Is it normal for the accelerator/acceleration to feel quite spikey in Sports mode when at low revs in traffic? Slight dab and the car wants to pounce!!
Yup, use normal in traffic. You can add the exhaust back on if you fancy some extra sound. Schuey_911 said:
Right folks, sorry for not posting any pics from collection since yesterday, as you can appreciate I've been spending more time in the car and on the road. Covered 280 miles so far, and I'm behaving by sticking to the Run-In procedure. But man, you can tell the car just wants to fly in Sports mode! Can't wait to unleash the beast after around 1000 miles.
So far so good, but one thing I've noticed is that on the motorway above 80mph, I'm getting slight wind noise from the driver side window. Anyone know why that might be the case, have any of you experienced this on yours? Anyone suggest a quick fix for this instead of having to take it back to dealer for them to look at?
Anyway, that's a minor thing and will get sorted. Here are some pics from collection day yesterday. I'm in love with the car already and grateful to have my first Porsche finally

My salesman tells me the GTS interior package is essential for resale. Is this true? Looking at the photos and whats included and it leaves me pretty unexcited and its not worth £5K plus to me anyway, however would it be a hard sell afterwards without it?
Some say yes but it wouldn’t put me off at allDoes need full leather or the extended alcantara tho
Standard dash a bit nasty

extended leather gets you most of the gts pack, without the coloured partsturbospud said:

quite a few including me have went for the extended leather option maintaining the racetex. Again the cost and the fact that I was not keen on the red stitching put me off, used the money saved for other options.I went full leather, and then added more racetex highlights, ie carbon wheel, racetex centre storage, racetex mirrors, etc, as felt the GTS did need a chunk of racetex to stick to the ethos of it, however as it was a targa roof I just wanted leather incase interior got wet (drying the leather seats being a damn sight easier than drying racetex).
Your car, so order what you want. I wound't be put off by resale personally.

For me, the extended leather is important if you are going down the racetex route without GTS pack. I do like the seats to have the GTS badging and think the badging in black is more subtle than with the GTS pack but both options are great. I do think that getting coloured dials (I chose white with silver belts) adds a lot to the car though.
