Where is the “open car in configurator” found? I can’t seem to find it on the advert
It's already been delisted.

In some listings there's a button near the bottom of the listing to open the exact spec in the configurator. It tends to be mostly newer cars and demonstrators.

You'll see it for the viola metallic PTS C4GTS @ Norwich.

The configurator shows it to be £139K and their price is £149K rolleyes

You would have to like that colour a lot as that’s £40000 depreciation as you pull out of the dealer straight away. Spec is poor too.

I’ve finally got my build slot for my GTS. I’ve got the spec figured out but can’t decide on colour. Probably be Carmine Red but Ruby Stone Neo has piqued my interest! Is it just pink?? Thoughts guys…

It’s pink.

I don’t think it suits anything since the RS it was first seen on to be honest.

There’s a nice GT4RS doing the rounds which looks great. But maybe you need a smaller car with wings to make it work. Thinking to play it safe and get Carmine!

Go for it. You are probably not as old as me though and I always think of Lady Penelope's Rolls Royce from the puppet show Thunderbirds are Go and Wacky Races Penelope Pitstops cars when I seen this bright colour.

I think Carmine red looks fantastic on the GTS coupe. Hagerty did a film on one near here recently which should be available soon.

The new Ruby star neo colour is a lot more pink than the rubystone colour from the 964….I’m not sure I like it….

Worth noting here that the previous PTS 'Ruby Star' (which the GT4RS you're talking about, is painted) is slightly different to the new special colour 'Ruby Star Neo'. The new Neo is more vivid/luminous.

Colours are so massively subjective. Love Rubystone but only on a GT car, somehow the wings etc seem to suit the more flamboyant colour. Likewise I much prefer guards red and don’t see why I’d be paying £2K plus for a duller colour of red than the free guards red (mind you I am Scottish wink). In the end, who cares what anyone else thinks, it’s your own £130K odd car, buy whatever you like most yourself, enjoy!

Thanks for the comments gents. Porsche colours are so restricted now. It seems they want everyone to go PTS and make a lot more £££ in the process! I think I’ll give ruby a miss…especially hard as I’ve not seen it in the flesh.

Bournemouth have a 992 Turbo S in Ruby star, if you live within a couple hours drive. I think it could grow on me, especially when I planted my foot to the floor with 480PS. Really I wouldn't rule it out, but I'd definitely want to see it first, preferably on a 911

I have the same dilemma having just got my build slot for May. I had settled on yellow, not being able to justify 2k for python green, but there’s something about this ruby stone neo. Probably end up regretting yellow in any case!

As I said in the last page. PTS Ruby star and Special Order Ruby Star Neo are two different colours so it’s not like for like. Neo is more vivid/luminous.

Good spot. Never noticed it was a PTS
