Porsche factory PPF

I had this ticked and when I was going through the options with the dealer, he basically told me that the quality of their own PPF is a little up and down.
He said recently the quality has been so bad they have to had to correct it (with PPF guys they recommend) when the car lands at the dealer or customers weren't happy with it.
He actually advised me to get it done independently. He said they use topaz when customers want the dealer to sort it out of them but said they are pretty expensive so gave me a list of good PPF guys in the SE.
Hope that helps.
Thanks. Were they saying that it was dealer or the customer that pays for the factory stuff be sorted out at Topaz? Am guessing it'd be dealer. He said recently the quality has been so bad they have to had to correct it (with PPF guys they recommend) when the car lands at the dealer or customers weren't happy with it.

Yes, the Porsche centre would correct it via topaz or one of the other guys they use and bill Porsche directly or something like that. MikeM3Power said:

Yes, the Porsche centre would correct it via topaz or one of the other guys they use and bill Porsche directly or something like that. My Taycan arrived at the dealer today with front end PPF from factory. It was peeling off on the front bumper so they are now using a local company to re-install the PPF. They told me they are having no ends of issues with factory PPF - it is also delaying a lot of cars from factory and 75% of them are needing to be redone on delivery. Rumour has it that Porsche will soon remove this as an option as it's nothing but a nightmare for them!
