991.2 GT3 or 991.1 GT3 RS?!! What would you do?

Congrats OP. I do have to say, I think the 991.2 GT3 is probably the peak 911 for me, the new one hasn’t grown on me at all.
I have been looking at a 991.1 GT3 too, but also had similar concerns about the engine, I thought the 991.1 RS was more reliable in that regard?
The lack of CarPlay/dated infotainment in the 991.1 would trouble me I think everyday too. Think I’ll pick up a well cared for 991.2 GT3 in a year or twos time as long as they don’t go astronomical.

Anyway, the 991.2 GT3 engine is better in every way than the 991.1, so in my view a good choice

I believe you are correct, apparently 99% of the engine issues were pertaining to the GT3. By the time the RS came out, issues were negligible / sorted.Gassing Station | 911/Carrera GT | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
