Apologies, I included the stitching at £558, Also the bucket seats do not have height adjustment and I am quite short. The full bucket seats have height adjustment but you cannot include seat heating.
Do you think you actually need seat heating with the alcantara cushions ??

you should try the bucket seats, they are surprisingly comfortable. and free!
The 18 ways are extremely adjustable, have lots of memory functions including dipping mirror and are also FREE. It's a case of form or function or (lets be honest, and often overstated on the Spyder) weight. By any objective judgement the 18 ways make more sense - but Spyders aren't bought with the head.

Apologies I was including the price of the stitching at £558. Also the bucket seats do not have height adjustment and I am rather short. The full bucket seats do but you the cannot have seat heating and it is an additional £971 them.

Most definitely need heated seats up here in Scotland, even in the summer with the roof down it can be very chilly, the heated seats do help. I used them all the time in my last Boxster S.

Sounds like they are the same as the Spyder. Here's a pole for every one, what spec would you have? To make it easy both are the same price one is Grey with bucket seats one is silver with 18 way seats. Porsche codes PGHJIFA0 or PG67KI66

Given that the choices are subjective (colour), or, in the case of seats, depend on your own physical shape (or aesthetic preferences or even value judgements) what does it matter what anyone else thinks? It's a bit like (but more extreme) girls asking each other "Does my bum look big in this?"

I do sometimes wonder if some owners have had the operation. It's your money - buy what you like, don't rely on the approval of others.

I am interested - I'm making a serious point. I simply do not understand why people ask questions for which there can be no sensible answer.

Why so serious? It's a bit of fun. If you are looking for serious go find something on politics or world peace. Some people are interested in others constructive points of view and bulls****ing about their car choices. I personally get a buz out of mine and appreciate others input. At the end of the day we do all make our own decisions . I don't want to labour the point, this is going off topic. Perhaps you should ask yourself why you don't understand.

I don't understand because no-one but you can make constructive comments about your subjective choices! I do comment on people's choices when there is can be some debate about which is better - but white vs grey? Buckets vs 18 way I have commented upon but only you can decide which fits you better or you find more pleasing aesthetically. I don't understand why you don't understand! It's about as sensible as asking people whether YOU will find a pair of shoes comfortable.

Hi all, Thanks to everyone who gave me some positive input. I have now locked down and paid the final bit of the deposit on the Spyder - At the end of the day I changed my mind and went Sapphire Blue with Black wheels. The rest of the spec stayed the same. If you are interested final Porsche code PG61CYU8. Provisional build date mid January
