Anyway day off for me today, suns out, so Im off to put some miles on mine, just hope Mrs C's backside fits in the Buckets , we havnt had a trail fit yet hehebiggrin
The LWB's are a little broader in the beam than the folding buckets so you should be fine biggrin
yeh with hindsight maybe should have took a measurement before bought the car to be sure but wasnt that brave hehe
I assume Mrs C doesn't frequent Pistonheads or look over your shoulder when you are posting laugh
Ha no she has no interest in cars whatsoever , pleased to report her rear fitted nicely into the buckets and other than her asking if the exhaust blowing and was the roof on right ? it was a successful sunny drive down to the coast and back for lunch and another 130miles closer to it being run in, have to say more I drive this car the more I rate it, in and out of roundabouts when pushing on its just fantastic ,it really does hang on well, turn in is so precise and it just darts out on the exit and certainly no hardship to short shift through the gears .

Really? Why would I talk up a car I still own and had no intention of selling?

Are you not confusing this with your talking up of GT4 prices now you have flipped yours lol.

Regarding the Spyder numbers...time will tell but I agree with Breadvan who also confirms from knowledge of his OPCs your numbers are way out.

VERY nice.

What tyres came on your Spyder? Do they tend to come with a single brand or can it vary?

I have Michelin CUP 2's on the GT4 but some came with a Dunlop option.
checked today and its on P zeros.

Thanks.

Wonder whether Michelin has CUP2's or maybe MPSS N-rated in the right size?

you think his OPC knows UK numbers ? lol foolish, OPC's only know what the launch memo was and they were also told they would get more cars.

your 80 is more way out than my guess's , in fact if you are so sure I'll take a wager with you, £50 to a charity of the winners choice. I'll give you a 20% leeway on your 80 cars and I get a 20% leeway on my 170 cars guess. if it's between 96 and 141 we both pay up. we will not know till Dec 2016 mind you.

colour is a personal thing, those colours are known as Death or doom blue in the motor trade due to the inability to shift it on even on a 10 year old family diesel saloon ! I just find it strange that in the listing it says its a Paint to sample colour and you could have something pretty special and thats what someone went with , can only presume buyer took an old school toilet door as a sample to get matched . confused
