Going go be picking my Cayman up in a couple months if all goes to place. Quite fancy putting the gt3 wing and Eros bodykit on it but all I am finding is American sites. Does anyone know of any UK sites to buy such things.?

Thats the difference between the yanks and uk owners !
Yanks like to mod everything, another big problem with Porsche is
as soon as you fit ANYTHING that is non oem genuine Porsche ..your warranty is invalid.

I seen this one on AutoTrader, thought it looked superb.

Question about warranties. Although it invalidates the official Porsche warrenty, I should still be able to get one of the non official warranties from the sticky thread in the main Porsche forum no?

Sometimes...less = more.

Liked Redback911s car (looked different & mean) but this black one doesn't do it for me at all....hate the phrase but "Chav-tastic" springs to mind.

Trying far too hard. Totally naff and not what porsche is about.

If i saw that on the street i would assume it was a kit car.

I'm not sure why a GT3 rear wing would look any more ridiculous or out of place on a Cayman than it does on a GT3 when being driven on the street.

because it is for a 911 GT3 and not a Cayman. Most of the public wouldn't realise though but to people who know, it will divide opinion.

Its not purely looks, even though it does look kack.

The GT3 wing was designed as an integral part of the Gt3 during its development. It is relevant and functional.

Plonking it on another car is like putting Kylies hot pants on me.

You should investigate non Porsche warranties carefully as they are not all they first appear to be.

I completely understand all of that. All I am saying is it won't look any more ridiculous IMO on a street car than it does on a GT3.
We are talking looks here, I understand that a GT3 may need the rear wing to keep it planted on a track, that is also why Caymans sport huge rear wings when racing.

VERY TRUE but YOU SHOULD ALSO INVESTIGATE PORSCHE WARRANTIES AS IN MY EXPERIENCE THEY
WILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO AVOID WARRANTY WORK.
