i'll be sending mine in soon to get that looked at while it's in to have the rear spoiler gap corrected (seems to be a common issue).
I too have the spoiler gap - but fixing it requires them removing the whole rear bumper to gain access. I'm wary of getting them to do that without damaging something else and am skeptical everything will be re-hung as good as factory........

I got worried that my spoiler had an over-large gap but my OPC said it was OK - see pic. However, I've just had a rattle from the rear boot load-cover - new cover and new fixings. Much better. smile

OPC is taking a look Monday I've emailed over the pictures. The door card lumps are more pronounced in direct light. Will see what they say. My rear spoiler alignment is bang on lol.

Out with the New and in with the Old biggrin

Just got the 981 home, it has no torque, crappy infotainment, only one USB charging point ... fking love it!

Can totally understand how 718s and 981s suit different people depending on what’s important to you. For me I feel like I’m ‘home’ again at last smile

Ah, you got "that" one. Enjoy!

I really can't see me ever getting rid of my 981 CGTS. Every time I drive it I'm just amazed at how competent it is at everything - touring, weekend fun, cruising around etc. They're just epic biggrin

That is awesome - one of the prettiest Porsche's of all time.

Also, a big fan of the 981 'S' and 981 'GTS' models.

Long time lurker here... Decided to take the plunge and move from a W204 C63 PPP. I've had the car for about a week & loving it.

I must say it's night and day a better car to drive than the C63, I'd thought I'd miss the raw of the might V8, but I cant say I have! I did have the option of a 718 GTS, but I couldn't get on with the Turbo sound.

Speical mention to David @ Monarch for preparing this car to perfection.

It’s Viper Green, in reality it’s a tad deeper than it looks in that pic, finding it quite hard to accurately capture so far.

Wow congratulations. The viper green has been up for a few weeks and was one of the most expensive ones but low mileage. It looks awesome. Have a blast and you are right, should be a keeper.

Oh right, it’s definitely a bit off, as I have viper myself, so you’d think I’d be able to spot it wink
I think it’s got a bit too much yellow in that pic personally. It’s an amazing colour though, looks totally different in the sun compared to when it’s cloudy.

Hi Guys

Apologies if this is a silly question or if it should have been started on a new thread. Hoping i'm not paranoid but every time I'm parking the car i.e big turns on the steering when I'm parking the car, the steering wheel creaks and squeaks very loudly. Is this normal and would a video to the noise help? Never had this with any other car and I had the creaks since the first day I picked the car up from OPC in Belfast.

Kindest regards
Sam

What a stunner, an amazing looking car.....and an even better drive!

Now go and put some miles on it!

With threads like this, 981 values are surely going one. way.....have you seen the queue of 718 GTSs for sale at OPCs?
