For what it's worth, though I have no direct experience of doing it, when at Centre Gravity discussing suspension options for my Gen 2 S, the first option they suggested was to fit Cayman R springs onto the existing stock dampers thereby reducing ride height by 20mm. They also suggested different anti roll bars.

For anyone else reading this I would add that Chris makes a recommendation based on what you tell him you want from the car. It doesn't follow that this set up will suit everyone.

So is the 987.1 and 987.2 platform basically the same with just face lift type tweaks and alterations - ignoring the completely new engine and pdk box option?
