New one on Piston Heads today at a princely sum of £110k, to be fair looks like all the options were ticked on this beauty!

Yup nice car with pccb too and only slightly above the JZM white car that sold with regular brakes http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/p...

Why would you spec it so fully (CS aside), and then sell it immediately?
If you're after maximising your return then PCCB definitely isn't the way to go.
Wife found out how much you spent on it and that you're being selfish for keeping it especially when you can put some money in the bank to boot, "think of the family rather than yourself for once"......If you're after maximising your return then PCCB definitely isn't the way to go.
Just guessing and by no means is that an excerpt from my life at the minute.......

Have done over 12 trackdays in the 12c this year alone so i think I don't need to be told incorrect numbers about servicing costs/checks. And...it's a one hour labour worth of check by and large so £5k claimed above is frankly risible.
Slightly o/t but does track usage invalidate the mclaren warranty? Do any other sports manufacturers (apart from Ferrari) exclude track use ?W12JFD said:

No it doesn't as long as the pre and post inspections are done (in theory). In practice, as observed by bigmowley above it is a massive faff to get the inspections organised to the letter of the warranty but with a good relationship with the dealer (admittedly important for the Mclaren I'd say) something much more reasonable can usually be arranged. I almost never did the pre inspections as I pointed out Spa/'ring etc were a good few hundred miles away....and i did the post inspection after every couple of trackdays when i was going to change fluids anyway and never had an issue with the warranty being upheld.
Pre 991 gt3 i think in theory track use invalidated the warranty on Porsches as well? Someone doubtless will correct me if wrong but again I believe in most cases where the driver was not at fault i think most claims were fine.

A few years ago I fancied an Evo car of the year winner - a Cayman R. A few were available and I opted for a perfectly speced car 2k under list.

And to be honest I would love to have a play.In practice, as observed by bigmowley above it is a massive faff to get the inspections organised to the letter of the warranty but with a good relationship with the dealer (admittedly important for the Mclaren I'd say) something much more reasonable can usually be arranged. I'm based around Leeds and have been canvassing for a "local" dealer ....
