Thanks - I think I love the colour - works well with the black accents - also like the fact the GT4 logo is coloured black in the scoops and the wheel centres are yellow on black - did it for me anyway - only popped into the OPC to drop one of the cars off for a service !!
Those are the best purchases - went out to buy a birthday card and came back with a Porsche Congratulations, it looks very nice indeed

Easily pleased springs to mind Richard .....Porsche no doubt went to great lengths to engineer the GT4 into the car it is, when in essence twenty minutes with two pots of paint and fine paintbrush and the end result would've seemingly had more market appeal.
God you're shallow
And as for that image of some floozy caving the bonnet of your 205 in, I'm utterly speechless (for a change)
PS I did get your email at the weekend, I'm just drafting a suitably long, onerous response
As much as i hate to admit it i was the first to point out this yellow gem in my post back on July 11th when it was £92k.At the price you paid including the £2k ppf was an absolute steal and hardly any premium over the original new price.

Nice one R.......no offence!.....and I like yellow too but I think you need to be the 'right' side of 40 (like you , (I am the wrong side btw) to keep a straight face driving a yellow car.Edited by RSVP911 on Thursday 3rd August 19:49
Welcome to the GT4 club (although I thought you were a Spyderman through and through). Both epic cars in their own way and I am sure you will love the GT4.
Be interesting to hear your thoughts on how they compare.

Henry , lovely to hear from you - as ever your post really made me smile - yep what do those idiots at Evo know - that ECOTY car they tested didn't have the after market decals or the GT4 logo - ergo that ones crap - you are quite right , I am a shallow, shallow , little man ! Now that young lady was not an ex girlfriend as others have eluded to but a good friend - and I have to admit I hope she never sees the post - I tried to edit her out but I would have had to cut the car in half - in truth all I can think about when I look at it now is ; st , get off my bloody car , you're going to damage the paintwork with your exposed zips - oh how age has changed me

Does anyone want to buy a silly yellow car (with nice little decals) av , you are now my favourite PH'r : I love the fact for think I'm under 40 - thankyou so much Welcome to the GT4 club (although I thought you were a Spyderman through and through). Edited to add - just re read your post - you don't think I'm under 40 - thanks a lot !!!
Re comp - I am a spiderman through and through and in truth really should have swapped it - somehow I ended up with both as the Spyder and I are bonded together for life !
Don't want to comment until I've done some proper mile's in the GT4 - will then let you know what I think

Stands shuffling his feet whilst awkwardly looking at the floor .... You do realise that pulling the car in and out of the garage to polish/admire it doesn't constitute "proper miles" don't you Rich ??? Edited to add - just re read your post - you don't think I'm under 40 - thanks a lot !!!

Should've said chap, easily sorted Delete the image out of your original post and no one but those that have saved it to their hard drives and the other 250,000 individuals that viewed it over the last 48 hours it will be any the wiser

I'll look forward to your response.
Its a fair bit more focused than the GTS.
It may well be, but whether that's any use to me on the road is what I'm curious to find out. The CGTS is so composed and refined, yet handles impeccably, I'm expecting the GT4 to be a track biased compromise too far. But we'll see. Its a fair bit more focused than the GTS.

I have to say it looks quite rakish with the new bonnet line - Have you ever thought of becoming a graphic designer - it's quality work that
Well I'm starting to see why my maintenance bills are always so extortionate now, there's clearly driving and driving Graphic designer ? I tried it, it didn't end well .....
Anyway, this is the final rendition, properly sorted now (no one need be any the wiser Rich)
Anyway if we carry on with this, the thread Nazis will be fuming at YOU for having derailed this thread in such an epic manner, best leave it there and take it "off board" methinks...

the gt4 is an excellent road car and how a Porsche sports car should be! It is also composed and refined with the only difference you will notice on road is the noise from the cup tyres which can be fixed by fitting PS4s.Personally I do not find it to track biased it's just a great all rounder the way Porsche use to make them before the market wanted a saloon type ride from their sports cars!Gassing Station | Boxster/Cayman | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
