Miami blue in bad light showing its hideous green undertones.
Hideous is maybe a bit strong but it's definitely a marmite colour. It's almost like with Miami Blue they deliberately said " how can we make it different from all the very popular PTS blues" to preserve their exclusivity.
Last month I called into a certain OPC and there was a Miami basic spec non clubsport with buckets carbon no leather and black wheels.

Kudos for whoever ordered the car in this colour and spec...each to their own ....and good job we are all different! biggrin:
As you say, we are all different. I actually think that 'green' hue looks genuinely good on a GT4. Not sure I love it on the clean lines of the above car - I feel like it benefits from the odd intake or wing to make the colour work...if that makes sense?

Of course , but wouldn’t it just be simpler for me to cut it for you and add some blonde highlights and then lend you the car smile
So nice of you to offer a happy ending to his haircut smile

That is magnificent - is it a wrap, if so what is the colour of the vinyl used?

Hi All,

I sold my sapphire blue GT4 a couple of months ago, silly mistake, i've test driven all sorts and nothing has done it for me so considering going back for another GT4.

This time, i'm looking for one with comfort seats rather than the 918 buckets, they were a tad too hard for me in a road car and a pain to get in and out of.

Not too fussed on colour as would consider wrapping it as above in something like voodoo blue / riviera blue with black wheels...

If anyone on here is considering selling, give me a shout as not too keen to pay another dealer spread!

Try one with the folding buckets....although they are quite rare as most specced the newer fixed more upright buckets.

Nice one, looks great in the photos. I asume you are keeping the wrap on? Does the suppling dealer provide a guarantee that the paintwork underneath is in top condition? Ive mine wrapped (non Porsche) in a similar colour but often thought what to do if/when i sell.

Of course I keep the wrap on. I love this color. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that paintwork is ok. I just know that the wrap was done when the car was new. I assume that paintwork underneath is new...

Look at the docs find the previous owner and check with them.

I have seen quite a few GT Porsches wrapped to hide bodywork defects.

Shmee's ex-car at OPC Colchester has dropped to £77k and that has the comfort seats and dual climate etc

Does anyone know why Schmee's car hasn't sold? It looks really good value, yet it has been around for a long time. It has been reduced a lot, started at over £80k.

Confirmed by Porsche Zentrum dealer. The wrap was done before the first kilometer of the car.

While my car has been in for service a private buyer has offered me £85k.

It's tempting to sell as would mean I've had 7 months of free motoring but then I don't feel a Gen 1 GT3 (logical next step) is £40k more of a car than the GT4.

Nothing else out there to buy that comes close..

Have given myself until after Christmas to decide.

Those of you who have moved on, do you regret it?

Umm as above, yes.

Problem is exactly as you mentioned, where do you go for £85k?

If you have funds to jump into a GT3 then fine, but if your budget is around £85k then there is not much else out there as "special" as a GT4

Very good shout. I wonder if they would entertain £75k...
