lol it's £88k !!!
I’m sure everybody on this thread realises that 911R’s current mission is to talk down GT4 prices so that he can afford to buy back in, once he sells his GT3 for a profit. ??Well I was speaking to Ashgood this morning and seeing what kind of deal we could do when someone placed a deposit on it.
Oh well, really liked it but the deal had to be right, who knows if we could of got there. The good thing is I'm in no rush, prices are softening a bit and the new one is on its way and I don't desperately want one as the GTS does a good job, nice place to be as a buyer.
What are peoples thoughts to the Yellow Nottingham OPC car? Its been there for some time.

I'd stop mentioning specific cars Jay in case they get deposited on too! Oh well, really liked it but the deal had to be right, who knows if we could of got there. p.s. deposit taken on the CS at 911 Virgin too. That's a couple they've sold now in the space of a month. Seems to be a lot of interest in the mid to high 70K priced cars at them moment. The £60K GT4 is a still a long way off IMO!

Yes the midrange punch is not a gt4 party trick it's very revvy!
I would always urge PCCB the difference in the steering is remarkable. On the 981 there was no excuse not to tick the box at 4 grand.
The GT4 has plenty of mid range punch and it's not exactly very revvy! 6500 rpm is about the end of the useful range....I would always urge PCCB the difference in the steering is remarkable. On the 981 there was no excuse not to tick the box at 4 grand.
Its great within that 6500 revs though...
With the tall gearing, your doing silly speeds anyway so its a non issue.

I am not in the market for one for at least 18 months and that's if I don't get a 718 GT4 slot.
I would revisit them at £60k to mod, but it depends what I own in 18 months time.

the Voodoo Blue was 8k below list, it was the GT4 to buy the last 6 weeks.
Someone else put a deposit down whilst Jay was negotiatingI agree - it looked like a good buy if you could get a good enough deal to be all square once you finishing putting it on the right tyres etc.

My old Birch Green car is still at Bolton. That's a great deal to be had on that, full front end PPF, folding buckets.
Yes I seem to recall its been to New Zealand and back? Nice car but I wonder if all the traveling and being registered in different countries might put people off?I tried to buy the Green Bolton GT4 but their trade in offer on my 997.2 4S was really low (especially as I had only bought it from them a year earlier) - no mention was made of its trip to New Zealand though. In the end I bought the GT Silver one from Nottingham which had lower mileage and was £3000 cheaper (and a mucher higher trade in).
My old red one is now at Bolton, I bought it from Top555 as a one owner with 870 miles and it's now on 6780. No damage or faults in my time with the car nor was there when I bought it. Lovely car but wasted on me, I need something more for touring with the missus so bought my yellow CGTS back.
