This may sound strange, I could have sold it 3 occasions, each time a buyer with the intent to buy it turned up, I suddenly had a change of heart, but now it’s definitely for sale!
Super rare colour and spec so I do see where you’re coming from

Good luck

Plenty now advertised below £70k...prices are definitely dropping to more realistic levels. Good news for all us enthusiasts.

I'd noticed they went up a bit then back down now.

What would a Clubsport like this have fetched at the height of the overs madness?

Very few sold for that much, they were very short lived over £100k!

As many of you know I’m thinking about making the jump from my 996.1 GT3 K400 into a GT4 as it will be more useable for more of the year, and also I’ll not worry about it as much when putting miles on it.

Just waiting to see where they end up. I’ll be after something special, rare colour (PTS I’d love), leather dash, buckets, sound pack, xenons, PCM. Anything else would be a bonus.

Appreciate it's damage repaired, but at least it's priced as such

Expensive? No damage and it would be 65k all day long. So it's about right

Most damaged cars dont get reduced to the appropriate price like this

Not really.

£60k tops with that poverty spec IF the car was straight.

Trade price ££ on a good spec bucket seated car (not clubsport) with 11k miles and 1 owner is around £60k veven Autotrader values this at only just over £63k:

The car in question is a private sale 2 owner track damaged repaired poverty spec with comfort seats and no pcm and worth considerably less.

Autotrader isn't known for it's exact valuations... My M3 would fetch £12-14k with the work done and history. Autotrader reckons £9k...

A car is worth what someone wants to pay.

Take a 996 GT3RS, I bet the trade value is no where near what they are being traded for.

If I find the right GT4, right colour, right options I’ll not be looking at what the trade or private sale price is.

I agree IMO the red track crashed one is over priced (hence it’s been around a while) I see it at £40-45k, but someone else will no doubt see it higher.

I’m keeping the Voodoo example as the mileage is low, I apologise.

Unusual colour (PTS if poss), buckets, leather dash, xenons, sound pack, Chrono and PCM. Club sport would be a massive bonus as would climate and cruise.
I would like something low ish miles so I can use it with out keep worrying about how many miles it’s done.

I don’t think there is a ‘perfect’ spec GT4? Unlike the Cayman R where it had to be; Manual, buckets, PSE, xenons before people would say it’s the right spec. All IMO obviously.
