Dealer would have been better putting £5k into the car getting it up to spec and having a specialist PPI completed before advertising - (provided its straight obviously)!!

CAR HAS BEEN MAINTAINED WELL ENOUGH . (what does well enough mean ? )

IT WAS IMPORTED FROM SINGAPORE (not a UK car)

if the dealer put £5k into prep he would not make any money on this car !

Si, I would not expect the seats to look so worn out on an R with only 45K miles!

I dont believe any dealers put 5k into prep work, especially not on a car at this value, more like 500-1500 I would say realistically.
Some will even just give them a polish up at most!!

No disrespect to anyone but why would anyone try to buy cheap.
No such thing as a good cheap Porsche.

Anyone know a while one: S70 SVE? Looks cracking apart from 42k miles (and the rear wiper).

Seems to ring a bell, but I can't remember where from...

Been mega busy lately with work, family, home commitments etc but had a run-out in my CR yesterday which quite embarrassingly was only my 5th time out in it since buying it in early February!

Anyway i'll keep it short - what an EPIC car! As a fast road car for occasional use its got just about enough of everything you would ever need or want. As I've said before its a fantastic shining example of less being so much more and when I say that i'm comparing it directly with my GT4 which proceeded it.

Appreciate this isn’t the most exciting CR update but I think it’s worthy.....

Anyone else replaced the annoying discoloured protective strips on the door shuts and inside the boot??? Just like my 997 GTS previously the strips on the R were also discoloured and looked crap so I’ve just replaced them and think they look a lot better!

Lovely spec, shame it's PDK (for me). GLWS!

Agree, much better.
Did you buy these or make new yourself from a blank sheet of PPF?

Purchased from OPC and not silly money compared with some of their prices!

Let me know if you want the part numbers...

The Viper is up at 911Virgin. Slightly too much for me, but pretty much perfect! Gutted!

Very very nice Viper R at 911 Virgin unique colour as well, if I were looking still it would be a consideration probably the only Viper R in UK.
Mines Peridot with similar mileage and right bits what a lot folks seem to want so not worth the exchange.
Just got a fresh MOT road tax good to go for the summer couple of reasonably long trips planned.

That R looks amazing and if I hadn’t just bought my white car I would be all over it even at that price. Half expecting a call from Tom at 911V to offer me a deal.....
How would I explain to my wife how the car in the garage that she rarely sees has changed colour...!!???

What a car: http://www.911virgin.com/porscheforsale/1214/Cayma...
