A thought I've also considered is the matte Aurum wheels, i also really like the matte aluminium finish.Think the Aurum would suit the other colours great, just not so sure about Peridot.

Decided yesterday that I needed to escape the house for a bit and as it was a lovely sunny day I thought I'd take the car for a play. Headed out from Aberdeen on roads that alternated between dry, damp and wet, but were all pleasantly quiet.
Seeing snow on the hills ahead I decided I'd try and get to some and headed up the A93 to Glenshee (the highest public road in the UK). Sure enough, about a mile before the summit, the rain became snow. I do have winter wheels and tyres for the car but they weren't on and so I was taking it easy - Pilot Super Sports are really not winter tyres! Great fun doing some big lazy drifts though before heading down and then north to the Lecht where there was also a smattering of snow.
Was a great drive with everything from bone dry sections of flat out road to tiptoeing through slushy corners.
After the car got a thorough bath, including snowfoam and powerwash of the underside, and was put back on the trickle charger for winter. Handily there was no salt on the roads yesterday or I probably wouldn't have taken it out.

Although my wheels are mint and don't need a refurb I will have a think over winter and see if brave enough to go Gold.

been pondering "going for gold" since picking mine up reckon a flat gold would look awesome then get the R stripes redone in Martini colours (mines Carrera white)

Interesting to watch from the sidelines as I'm doing here. A few price drops the last few weeks so seller doesn't seem to be waiting until next spring.
Lack of PSE is the only thing but we've been down that path before..
