Colchester are absolute chancers! Had a few friends get silly quotes, sent them all to Tonbridge!
There’s a young lad in their parts dept I know who is possibly one of the most helpful people I’ve ever used at a dealership. Tristan Morton, I couldn’t recommend him enough, super helpful and excellent service.
However when I went to them before buying my R to ask about used 911s, I was looked upon as some sort of second class citizen. As I clearly wasn’t spending hundreds of thousands with them, they couldn’t have been any less interested in serving me or even help me find a car.
If you’re part of the local high roller or have a squillion Instagram followers they can’t get your cock out fast enough. If you’re a normal hardworking guy, forget it.
Only speaking from my own experience and would be my biggest issue should I ever be in a position to afford a new Porsche I actually want to buy.
Such a shame as they’re on my doorstep, but as it stands, I’d go to the moon rather than buy from OPC Colchester.

Mixed experience at OPC Portsmouth - great when buying new but absolute ste when looking to P/X into the next new one in terms of what they said I’d have in terms of equity vs reality.

Another recommendation for Tonbridge OPC from me. They have been very good with servicing for me and we ordered a new Macan S the other month and they couldn't have been more helpful.
Friendly bunch in there as well, and I'm far from their typical customer I should imagine but I always feel welcomed and never looked down on or judged.

About to migrate for a 4 seater soon, will be super sad to have to sell my 2012 CR PDK with just 17,500 miles. Near perfect with Spyder wheels in Platinum silver and Porsche warranty till April 2021.
Will be putting this up for sale later this week - what would be a fair price folks?SPiston said:
