Now there's a challenge. Hopefully the organizers will colour-sort the car park and we can get to 5.

I've had a good few runs out in mine over the last few weeks (devalueing it by the day!) ... the best was a pre-6am start in the South Downs. Stunning morning and amazing clear roads!

And a quick stop at an empty Goodwood!

Finally got some new centre caps. Finishes the wheels off a bit better. Defintiely glad I upgraded the standard wheel bolts too. The wheels are brighter than that image looks as it was taken in my garage with the doors closed.

They are Designtek ones IIRC. Bought them a few years back as the originals were becomming orange.

I’ll let Pete do the colour sorting!!

There are 30 Cayman R now that have booked a ticket, so looking pretty good.

Should be a fair crowd of other Pork too from Cayman OC and TIPEC etc.

Are you heading to the R meet on Sunday? Very keen to see a Meteor Grey example.

Almost 40 confirmed people have booked tickets for Sundays gathering.
If you haven't done it yet, get on it. Tickets cannot be purchased on the day.

I see the two Sasso cars are still unsold - one without AC and other without PSE - wonder what the price is on the POA one.

If you're going to try to set a new price threshold, best to start with the ideal spec lads at least LOL

Did you get to do much driving in convoy?

Meanwhile, possibly the best spec R in the country has been reserved within days of getting to the dealer. This was the other Aberdeen peridot R. I've gone from having 1 of 4 here to 1 of 1.

When an R with a spec like this is in the 40s, it makes north of 50 for a much weaker spec one look a bit daft, even if it is low miles.

Hopefully whoever buys this car joins the thread, I know it has been well looked after by its current owner and is a fantastic example!

My Instagram feed yesterday contained a lot of Cayman R content. Looked a great meet and I'm disappointed I couldn't go. I did toy with a last minute run down, but nearly 600 miles each way was a bit much.

Hopefully we get some good pics up here - I was hoping there would have been an aerial shot of a group of Rs in the shape of an R tongue out

Brilliant day out, really well organised and supported. I think everyone who attended thoroughly enjoyed it too.
What a spectacle to see over 40 Cayman R's in the same place at the same time.
Great to put so many faces to names too, thanks to everyone who popped over for a chat, it was a pleasure meeting so many of you. smile

Good job whoever boxed that off. I found the guys at Cameron great when I got my white one a few months back which is also good peace of mind
