Hi,

I live near Cambridge and need a new clutch and might as well go for an upgrade IMS at the same time.
Can anybody suggest the a good specialist (best value & decent quality job)?

Thanks in advance

I travelled from Surrey to Revolution in Yorks. for this job (amongst a long list of other to do items) a couple of years ago when they had a bit of a deal on. Would happily recommend them.

Try Autostrasse in Coggeshall (Nr Braintree) http://autostrasse.co/

I've used them for work on my previous Boxster (incl Clutch and RMS) and 968, had been Porscheless for the past 3 years but my new acquisition will be heading their way when the time comes.

Always found them Honest and Reliable, recently recommended them to a fussy friend for work on his 997 and he was very happy.

Second vote for Revolution. They did mine - IMS bearing upgrade, clutch, engine mounts, AOS etc all in one go just after I bought my 987.

Looking at about £1,900 for all the jobs. Less if you just do IMS bearing & clutch. Forget to mention in my earlier post, new RMS as well in that price.
