That's only in the Boxster as women can never make just one call so it stays on the phone screen waiting for the next number to be dialled. In the Cayman, the screen reverts back to whatever it was before the call.
Not in my Cayman or Cayenne it doesn't ......

Whilst it's not been 6 weeks for me I thought i'd add my thoughts on a few of the options incase it's helpful

So spec was as follows:

Cayman S
Carmine Red
PASM
Turbo 20's with coloured crests
PDK
Sport Chrono
Sport Exhaust
Smoking Pack
Climate Control
Sports Seats Plus
Electric Folding Mirrors
Auto dimming mirror and auto lights
Light package
PDLS Xenons
Full leather (Black)
GT MF Steering Wheel

As far as the colour / wheel combo I couldn't be any happier, the car looks stunning and the only slight annoyance is I don't like the attention I sometimes get (people coming and talking to you whilst parked up etc) maybe i'm just anti social. I've done around 800 miles and i'm largely keeping to the run in but wow it's fast. To be honest I can see why some may think it's too fast for normal roads and why the standard Cayman is enough. The reason I went with an S is I noticed the lag on the standard Cayman and I couldn't get on with it whereas it's very minimal on the S, so much so that I don't notice it. Noise wise, I really like the noise, it likely doesn't sound as good as a flat 6 but it definitely doesn't sound like a standard four pot , it sounds mean and I always drive it in Sport and i'm glad I went with PSE.

Wheels are a pig to clean but i've had them detailed so I think that problem will be no more , if you're going with Turbo wheels i'd get them coated to make it easier to clean. The ride is perfect with PASM and not too harsh with the sport setting on either though you wouldn't have it enabled on poor roads.

One of the things I was deliberating on before it was made standard was Connect Plus, the dealer was suggesting this is a must and things will get upgraded constantly. I have to say there is no way I would spec this if it were optional even though I have an iPhone the Spotify app is clunky to use (Apple make sure of that with no Siri integration) and I find the whole concept of a touch screen module in a car difficult to use whilst driving. Audio wise, I really don't see the point in upgrading the system, it's fine to me as standard and the road noise at speed means any upgraded would be wasted money in my mind.

Sports Seats Plus are very comfortable, i'm not large framed but if you are then I could see how they may not be suitable but they feel very supportive and comfortable at the same time. Leather dash makes the whole car feel that bit more special too but certainly not a must for anyone on a budget.

One thing that I didn't realise is you dont get the auto dipping wing mirror when reversing unless you have the memory package which narks me off a little as it's just a bit of software and the memory package was over £1k if I remember correctly , I know the seats are more adjustable but they're fine as they are for me.
