thats what I would have thought as well so I've got a service booked in for next week but the warranty doesn't run out until early Feb.... ill call them again to discuss this.

yeah i thought it was a bit cheeky them asking for the additional payment, especially that I've used them for all my services and that one is also booked in for next week..... i would have expected them to do this check under the service anyway.... ill call them to double check this. seems a great way to upset their customers!!!!
