Currently have the following spec’d up, and depending on possible delivery dates, may pull the trigger tomorrow. My OPC have a very similar optioned Cayman S in the showroom, that I think they would like to steer me towards, but that would have to be a good deal, or an unacceptable long wait for GTS

model designation painted in black? The Cayman Gts logo is already in black as standard?http://www.porsche-code.com/PJZVYZ64

Dealers love to push the idea of certain options being needed for resale; its BS IMHO. The most sought after options may slightly help your resale percentage value but in most cases you will lose money every year on them. There is a reason that no options are included in the PCP balloon, Porsche consider them worthless for valuation purposes.Krobar said:

Was pleasantly surprised when I ordered my 718 last year that my salesman said "it's your car, order whatever options suit you". No arm twisting for anything 'to help with resale'.alan718s said:

Don’t PDLS have a washer nozzle? These don’t seem to have them?
You are correct ..... Both PDLS and PDLS PLus have the Headlight Cleaning System .The Pics above are Standard Bi-Xenon's without the Cleaning System
So what's everyones thoughts on depreciation?
981s have done well - seem to be still fetching around £60k for 2 year old examples.
Any word from dealers on balloon / GFVs?
Here's my spec so far:

Crayon, GTS interior etc - tempted to put the order in on Friday

The balloons I've been quoted on the GTS are:
- For 3 years, £39,686.25
- For 4 years, £35,363.75
Buying a £73,000 Porsche, I'd hope that it was worth at least £50,000 in 3 years' time, but that's not based on anything, it's just what I would hope for!
Thank you - very helpful - and yes i'd hope the same, especially anything GTS... Macans, 991s seem to have done well in GTS form- For 3 years, £39,686.25
