I was offered £77k for mine last week from an OPC. 8k miles and good mid spec car with nav, lights, fixed buckets and leather.

I'll be surprised if this guy is wrong. I hope he is because I love NA.
If the club sport is NA, so will be the GT4 (for homologation). The only way it won’t be is if Porsche have been engaged on the worlds biggest ruse and tested a NA CS to fool us all.........really? Nope, me neither

No need - it'll be a 4.0 NASP six for sure.
We can still learn a lot about the engine still, engine architecture, oil system, GPF layout etc, even if it's 4.0 N/A. Until the press release happens nothing is final, it's laughable how big this thread has become, delete all the "someone I know said" and we'd have about 5 pages of actual fact/useful info.

I'd say less than that! Until the press release happens nothing is final, it's laughable how big this thread has become, delete all the "someone I know said" and we'd have about 5 pages of actual fact/useful info.

The new Aston Vantage’s are likely to be homologated around March. Unless the new Cayman GT4 racecar is at least 3.8 turbo it’s not going to be competitive - and we’ve been there already.
You do realise there's something called balance of performance? A relatively small capacity NA engine didn't exactly hurt the GT3R at the N24 or the RSR at le mans as you might have noticed......woollyjoe said:
I'm thinking the title of this thread is a bit wrong now?
I was never expecting to hear about this car until July / goodwood anyway.
Agree..!! Mods just need to remove the “sooner than you think” bit, and all will be good.... I was never expecting to hear about this car until July / goodwood anyway.
...... Or even better— Change it to “We still know almost nothing about the 718 GT4.....”

BoP is fixed, FORD won on there special day, Porsche won on their 70th Birthday. Astons were 4 seconds off the place a lap and the RSR could drive straight past the Ford GT So yes we have BoP, but then we now have fixed races due to it !!
