Current Distributor location in 986

Hi All, I’m trying to locate the current distributor in my 986; internet suggests it’s near the battery but I can seem to find the bugger. Does anyone know where I’ll find it to check the larger fuses in the car. Thanks!

It's inside the car bolted to bulkhead on passenger side

Great, thanks. Is it easy to access from the footwell?

It is in mine as it's a race car and all stripped out.... Not sure on standard car but looks like it should be easy enough. It's a white box you're looking for

Fantastic, I’m hoping i can swap out the fuse and get my Boxster started after a jump start went very wrong!!!
