I've bounced around on color. I first fell for Gentian Blue, but, given its popularity I switched. Then I thought Black and then saw so many great pictures of Chalk (as known on this side of the pond) that I submitted it for my build allocation.

Just got confirmation go GT4 .
First went for Miami Blue -as on my current Cayman but now leaning to Crayon.
Any thoughts anyone?
Crayon looks good.......but only today I’ve seen a couple of pedestrian Audi’s and a Skoda in a similar flat crayon colour......I’d be slightly concerned that in 5yrs it won’t look special.

I went with Gentian Blue.
Colour choice is very personal... All my cars are blue...
I can't get "Primer Grey" out of my head whenever I see Crayon or similar but then I spent quite some time during my youth with Primer Grey...

agree. Just looks like it is waiting for a colour to be applied. Looks good on old 911s (think Singer have done a few in Crayon) but it doesn't suit the modern ones I feel. But hey, each to their own.

Originally settled on Gentian myself, but have now changed to Miami. I hear it’s going to be discontinued and replaced next year so will be nice to get it while you still can.

Not sure on Python personally, think it might just be a touch too dark for my tastes. Oh well I’ve got until the end of August until my spec is locked for me to change my mind over and over about it. I’m even having discussions about colour in my dreams!

be interesting to try now to see if it's now a "real mini GT" he seem very happy and has had about every porker.

Looks like Gentian Crayon and to a lesser extent black are the commonest new GT4 colours and the majority of flipped cars are these colours too.

Very interesting to read, my 981 spyder is currently with me in northern Italy but once i return it will be up for sale as we need to go down to 1 car, does make me twice about selling it even whether i will regret it or not.
Suppose I'll advertise it and see as the market seems slow compared to whats moving and whats hanging around.
A beautiful Spyder in Italy... must be absolutely awesome driving it over there!!

The picture looks great, Spyder looking super pretty...

Just some advice as you sound like your in two minds - I sold my 981 Spyder after 3.5 brilliant years, and went to an M2 then Boxster GTS (981) - while waiting for my current 718 Spyder (which is equally awesome)

They were both fun stop-gap cars, but until I got my 718 - I honestly missed that car every single day - and yes - regretted selling...

Down the line, I hope to have my 718 and another 981 Spyder in the garage.

Unless you have a 718 lined up, or something similarly special - or just really need to - I would def think twice about selling
I believe I will miss the spyder and it will always be one of the best cars that I'll ever own, my decision to sell has been sealed by my partner going back to university for her doctorate PhD.
I will be selling back to Sheffield opc and ordering a Macan GTS for next year as it's a car we can both use and will carry a lot more Barolo back from Italy next year wink

So I've had 1 month and 500 miles of fun in my GT4 which should've been with me since March! I changed over from the F4T GTS and in comparison the GT4 feels underpowered, does anyone else have the same criticism? I personally feel the car needs a bit more umph lower down in the rev range to punch it out the corners. Just my 2p
