Yes according to the letter 30 mins is the time allocated from Porsche GB for my OPC to undertake the work. It also refers to the fact that not all this batch of cars are affected.

If he is correct that would mean all orders are now locked in already so how does anyone get the new hot colours! Python & Shark

I think we'll find out soon enough if the confirmed allocations dry up and/or the GT4RS is launched (currently expected October-ish I think?). If production is ending around that time then allocations would end approximately 3 months before, so around July/August time.

It would be unusual to end a model just the model year starts, but with all the delays the usual system is probably well out of the window!

Spec freeze is usually 2 months prior to build, allocation a few weeks before that, so there's been time to get those colours. Python's been around for a little while now but Shark is pretty new. A Shark/PDK combo will likely be pretty rare.

Long as you have a 'B' number and a freeze date in the next 5-6 weeks you'll be fine. My freeze date is 5th July and the OPC seems confident that production will continue well into Q3 of this year.

Yes but waiting for the new con rods from Germany should be ready end of June the opc suggested

Told today my lockdown date is 14/7 Build date 27/8 delivery Sept.

Also ditched the 18 way sports seats for 2 way.

My spec freeze/lockdown was 28 May (I changed it the week before to Python and then stayed off the configurator) build is planned for mid-June with dealer saying it will arrive from mid-July to early August. I think they are a bit optimistic with their timings but mid-July would be great. August I'd wait for a September 1 pick up and new reg.

The green and the shark blue look fantastic. Wish I’d gone for one of them colours now tbh
