Gentian looks pretty good though.
Lots of high res pics here if your thinking about it!

Gentian certainly changes wildly in different lighting, but in a very cool slightly understated way....
Roll on Nov.....

Meanwhile a man who thinks he is Churchill the politician is proving to be about as effective as Churchill the dog from the insurance ad.
Good line!Could be a good time to be in cash

Well if he fails then Corbyn propped up by the SNP won’t take long to rid the country of German car dealerships. I recall he admires the economics of Venezuela. Take your pick BREXIT or Corbyn the only two games in town.

Provided it’s not GBPCould be a good time to be in cash

Not only a Gentian Blue GT4 ordered, but Guards Red Spyder sitting in the garage too
Are you keeping both ? if so what are your thoughts on usage when the GT4 and when the Spyder ?Not only a Gentian Blue GT4 ordered, but Guards Red Spyder sitting in the garage too
Are you looking at the GT4 for track days ?
I’m a roof off guy whenever possible, so if it’s not raining I’m in the Spyder (or my 987 BS gen 2).
But In 30 years of driving I’ve never had a hard top sports car.... hence the GT4.
Not sure exactly sure how I will use it, but probably whenever the weather is a bit miserable, and of course the odd track day.
It could be a stepping stone to a GT3, or may be it will be a keeper too.... and I can stop thinking about buying the next car.
Let’s see..... :-)

The 981 Spyder is a keeper for me. 3 1/2 years, 3 Euro tours, 22k miles, Spa, Nurburgring, Goodwood, etc......it’s been a great adventure.... can’t really think of a better car for me.

YEP, likewise. Have "finally" decided to decline my slot for the 718 Spy. I’m a roof off guy whenever possible, so if it’s not raining I’m in the Spyder (or my 987 BS gen 2).

My OPC won't struggle to find someone to take my place, though it won't help my relationship towards any possibility of a 992 GT3...
Sure the 918's a lovely car. But I can't ignore my 981 has the edge on looks, (particularly in Agate). It sounds better, and will almost certainly ride B roads better where I live better. The £20K cost to make a sideways move (IMO) seems pointless.
I've had numerous Porsches over many years, but this one look's like my first genuine keeper.
The way Porsche are going, to meet new regs, I have a feeling the 991.2 GT3 may end up being another...

It's a very 'inky' colour. Not sure I like it. say a standard cayman at Porsche Guildford this week in it and wasn't too keen.
Just as well we are not all the same, I think it will look great and its my choice, all those who think they should keep the 981 GT4 as its better in every way, I suggest you read the EVO road test and think again, roll on November Edited by Geoff39GL on Saturday 10th August 21:22

I am really looking forward to mine, would I turn down a 992 GT3 well we will have to wait and see if I'm offered one, but I have specced the GT4 as a keeper.
