Quick AC condenser replacement question please

Hi all,

Am replacing both AC condensers on my 986, currently running up after regassing, I take it both fans behind both condensers should be running when ac is operating? Just checking there isn't an unexpected reason why only one fan would be operating under certain conditions. Thanks for any help.

just a bump to this to say that both fans should be running but one of mine has a failed ballast resistor. Just in case anyone else looks for an answer to AC condenser fan problems.

The resistors can corrode. I've had one fall out the corroded clip and snap in half. You should get the high speed fans come on when you hit the hot temp threshold or when you put the AC on.
