Aerodiscs present. Nothing obvious to the eye seems to have changed significantly with the wing or bits at the front

Yep, aero discs and I wonder if pre-req for those is the new design MR wheels as per 992 GT3 Kit.

As you say nothing in the front… maybe another turning vane underneath? And nothing obvious from the quick vid on the wing either…. I thought I had seen flics… but was mistaken.

KW dampers will be there… maybe 4-way now? Or the same as ours? I’d image it only needs what we have to be significantly better.

Obligatory pads and lines and some nice badging… and custom Manthey door sill plates and stickers!

And then there will be some on here (like me) that just want to enjoy the car, without taking it on a track smile

The 4RS at PCGB Silverstone yesterday was going very well indeed.

Quick through corners, but also extremely fast on straights. It's noticeable how quickly it pulls away from a 400hp 997 GT3.

That Rubystone/Rubystar? GT4RS is really growing on me especially when its been allocated to someone who will make the best use of it. The GT4 RS is great value for money at list price and looks much more compact in appearance compared to the 992
It really makes the upcoming 992GT3 RS look very silly indeed !

992 GT3 RS looks mega to me… based on the mule pics we’ve seen. It’s a statement of intent.
The only bit thats unknown/questionable is the bonnet… but from side profile… it’s awesome IMO.

4RS is dainty by comparison… it is based on a previous generation design language, but still a marvellous thing and as said, at list… a ‘bargain’ for the performance.

I can confirm this car was being pedaled very proficiently yesterday. A privilege and a joy to be overtaken by. A contrast to some of the other cars I got stuck behind, for laps, because their 80+ hp could outdrag me on the straights.

Honestly mate… Just been reviewing some video this morning…. and the lack of awareness (being kind) or belligerence and obnoxiousness (being more accurate) from some people is astounding. People need to learn how to be overtaken nicely, slipstream back in, try to follow and maybe pick up some pointers.

Just one example… I was following a 987.2 cayman, hunt down a 992 GT3. The GT3 guy just couldn’t bare to be passed by someone will just about half the HP, re-passed on the straights and out-braked himself into the next corners. It would have been hilarious if it wasn’t so dangerous.

Leave the ego at home guys.

Unfortunately, even with my limited track experience, that's just not going to be done by everyone out there.

Some of the best track days I've had I have been one of the slowest cars. Sharing the track with GT race cars on slicks has advantages in that they tend to be fast and experienced - so like the "pro/proper" drivers yesterday, they get past you quickly, cleanly and decisively. You very much know where you are. You just give them enough room and they pass. It's what racing drivers do.

We're talking about the reverse though aren't we? Fast cars without expereienced drivers in them who refuse to let other cars past.

Even me, who's decidedly average on track, has had this issue a few times!

I'm in vigorous agreement!

I'm saying, from experience, I'd rather be 'the slow car' on a track of faster, better drivers.

Statement of intent? That’s the actual car (for reference a mule is a prototype usually made using the top hat of an old one with the new floor pan/dynamic bits welded to it).
