"The" oslo blue car wont see the market, its on 1300 miles & already needs new pads. Its being used as intended for everyone who's pointing the finger as usual and it will not go up for sale. So don't get your hopes up
1300 and new pads? Isn’t running in more miles than that? LolEdited by J White on Saturday 1st October 09:46
I’d recommend using the MR ones for more longevity and they’re more progressive on track

Living With A Porsche 718 GT4 RS! [Is It Worth The Hype?]
It’s a great video and I love Sam’s stuff, but I think the premise of the video is wrong. No one (happy to be proven wrong) buys a GT4 RS to become a ‘daily’.It is as he suggests, a car for use on track, for driving holidays and for early morning blasts, not a work-a-day means of transport.
It does what it’s intended to do brilliantly; it just can’t do everything to the same high standard.

You’d expect he have the same verdict for a Valkyrie… too much for the commute… well yes… that’s not what it’s for.
But he did say it’s just not what he’s looking for in a car… and that’s fair enough.

I agree with his comments on the Hot Wheels looks of it being like a Cayman with Halford parts. But, like with the GT3RS, that is no bad thing, they aren't made to look pretty. It is as he suggests, a car for use on track, for driving holidays and for early morning blasts, not a work-a-day means of transport.

They don’t invalidate any warranty even if it’s not on the Tequipment list
It’s aero and suspension… what’s going to be invalidated from that?
If the car crashed because of a suspension issue, surely Porsche would say the warranty is nulled. If the kit was endorsed and sold by Porsche, fine, but I can't see them legally saying ok to a claim as a result of kit that was not available through Porsche at the time. If you crash you claim insurance not warranty or am I missing something ?Taffy66 said:

Was out in a 4RS today and hopefully get to drive one later this week for a short while.
From the passenger seat… as everyone has said… it’s the noise that dominates.
The car is really for the hooligans, lol… it’s a pure toy, just like a big hp super bike.
It is quick… the noise from 7-9k makes you think it’s even quicker than it really is. PDK box with the short ratios is perfectly mated to that engine… perfect drivetrain.
991 and 992 GT3 are more serious, and more effective about the business of going fast… but 4RS is just a hoot… it’s all about the experience and sensory overload… alot of fun.

OEM PASM controller is left in place and connected and still controls everything apart from the dampers themselves.
All other sensors that would aid ESC or TC or braking left in tact…
The delete kit required.. effectively tells the PASM controller the OEM dampers are there, even though they are not
it’s plug and play… no coding.
Dampers and springs are not covered by warranty anyway, certainly not extended warranty (they are an explicit exclusion in this case] … just like brakes….
