TDT posted pics of the 6 point harness installation. I've seen this before where the mechanism traps the carpet material. My GT4 installation doesn't trap the carpet material. Not too much of the NVH material is exposed, I did initially consider removing some NVH Material or taping the carpet shut. As I have the seat almost fully rearwards I never see it so haven't done anything.

Looks great. Are PCCB back on the options list again?

I took delivery of mine yesterday as well. I'm now 300 miles in and think it's an epic car. Obviously the experience is dominated by the drive train even though I'm running it in but I'm amazed how comfortable and forgiving it is as well. It's definitely daily deliverable whilst knowing there is a race car a quick flick of your big toe away.

P.S I have a spare set of satin black alloys which are brand new which I've decided I don't need now, if anyone fancies a set drop me a line.

On holidays in Italy at Misano.
Tiny little country hotel, 6 room only.
I’m in my 981 GTS on our first road trip.

Look out the window today and this has turned up….

So mine. Not even the best Porsche in the car park with only other cars owned by the staff…!

I went GT Silver, Aurum wheels, Weissach, deep blue interior and then all the other stuff normally added. I wavered on Bose for a while but went with it which I'm pleased I did, easy to hear when tootling along but can't hear a peep from it when at fullish chat.

Thanks everyone, some lovely cars here. Mine locked and started build before PCCB were made unavailable, it was then stuck in build for months! Initial impressions are that it's very similar to drive as my previous GT4 PDK, a little sharper and more NVH but dominated by the epic engine noise. I'm still getting used to the shorter gearing, the ride is a lot more compliant than I was expecting.

Most useless thing on the car? The rear view mirror. Only useful to see the car rear ending you 1 second before the event 😂

Beautiful weather in the Netherlands, stil running the car in, now 911km, that's an amazing coincidence :-)
