Out of curiosity if one doesn't select 'Roof lining in fabric' then what is the finish?

Hi All,

Cayman allocations seem fairly easy to come by currently.

Has anyone had a Boxster one come through?

My dad ordered last Sept and nothing so far

Cheers

Thanks all. Climate is a good catch and the leather steering col7mn seems a good call too.

Will ponder on some of the others - got to stop somewhere! My 991.2 has the heated steering wheel and I can’t think it has ever been used.

GT Sports Steering wheel? No cost option.

Currently you have the RaceTex wheel, the GT Sports wheel is fractionally (5mm?) smaller but is leather covered. No right or wrong, but if you prefer a leather wheel then it's the one to go for and might fit better with your leather dash/wheel binnacle etc?

I think it's RaceTex including the A-pillars.

Thanks for confirming. in that case the options of ..

Door trim package leather/Race-Tex
Sun visors Race-Tex

.,.would tie it nicely all together.

Looks like I'm clear of the recent price increase (there is an explanation on the GT4 thread) but there has been a rate increase as well. The last time I looked it was 6.9. Now it's 7.9.

Feel free to tell me I have got the spec all wrong but keep in mind, I have set myself (as if - my wife has really) a circa £80k limit.
Don't forget the £2,000+ first year road tax - but I'd keep quiet about that :-)

^^^^^ This.

For some reason the configurator price isn't an OTR price. You've to add RFL and delivery on that as well.

Picked up my GTS at the weekend. It is amazing and beyond all my expectations. Just curious what tyre pressures others are using. I have the car set up 35 psi all around as per the handbook. There is a comfort setting of 32psi all around. Anybody using this and if so what is the difference in ride, handling etc etc? New to Porsche so I need to enlightenment. .

I’ve set mine to 30 psi as per the Good to Know Drivers Manual. It makes a noticeable difference in the ride quality.

Same here (well close enough, 31). 2.1 bar cold.

I can't remember the exact tyre pressures it came set with new but they were getting way too high with "spirited" summer driving.

Yup, those OTR costs are hidden deep in the terms attached to your deposit email.

Dealer Fitted Options – Non Taxable
Description Price
First Reg Fee £ 55.00
First Year RFL (TBC at time of delivery) £ 2,015.00
Sub Total £ 2,070.00]
I'm still trying to tie down the costs with the SA

Mine were set at 2.1 bar when I took delivery from new a couple of years ago. I have stuck with these pressures and with 7K on the clock and a real mixture of roads they have been absolutely fine.

I ordered in April last year. My car is being built in November. They have only had 3 boxster allocations this year
