That looks stunning!

I sold my 2016 fully loaded white GT4 (very similar high spec to the blue one with 918 buckets, PCCB, Clubsport, extended leather etc) in December 2017 with just over 2,000 miles for £85,750 - but that was into the trade and Porsche Chester retailed it for just over £90k!

Shows how strong the current market is and that top spec GT4's haven't really shifted in value over the last 3 years!

If I was in the market for another 981 GT4 then I'd be seriously looking at this one.

Collected my PDK GT4 two weeks ago. Maybe I should sell and retire to the Bahamas on the profit. laugh

Loving it so far.

Traded up from a manual Cayman T. Performance is ballistic, PDK sublime. I’m no pro-driver but the handling is on another level. Surprisingly both myself, wife and best mate have commented it’s quieter and more comfortable than the T!

It’ll be worth the wait.

I think you are looking at about £102k on the road including first year road tax. Once you add on the ppf, you are probably at £105k. The houndstooth inserts were likely an expensive item from Porsche and are very nice but add little value for me. I wander if this is the one of the ‘con rod’ cars & hence the sale of perhaps a car the owner simply does not want to use despite very high & personal spec?

Probably some truth in that, I think the summer buzz is also fading and prices are softening. Last autumn I watched a well spec’d car go from £105k down to £90k at an OPC before it shifted.

Do you have a link?

Last autumn was a different world to where we are now. August car trade figures will be up on Julys ££.

Cars are still selling at strong money and there has been no let up in prices especially for proper spec GT4s. The few final run GT4s will be landing at OPCs then thats the lot

All production has to end some time though doesn't it - it can't continue for ever!

Porsche stated from the start the 718 GT4/Spyder would likely be in build for up to 3years, with customers receiving cars.. Mid 2019-Mid 2022 - Which is proving correct.

Casual GT4 will make way for 'RS' production.

981 GT4 was a single model year only....2016

If it is one of the con rod cars it’,will have a 6 y Porsche warranty then.

Really your crystal ball might not be working, prices are already softening across the car market, and there does seem to be a lot of 718 gt4s sitting around unsold!
My crystal ball says below list by Xmas!

No chance whatsoever.

Only 17 OPC cars with no decent spec bucketed sub 3k mile sub 12 month old cars less than £95k i.e £11k over list. Several cars have sold in the last week alone over £100k.

981 GT4s are well above list too for even 6 year old decent spec cars with mileage and these as ever will support higher level 718 GT4 prices with warranties.

WBAC have increased their bids again this last week on most cars across most price brackets including high end. This reflects their confidence in rising prices being obtained in the trade in BCA which is the true market bellweather.

Not true I have been tracking a couple of cars over last month and this week although only small is the first decrease, also someone else on a different post noted the same for a 987CR.
To add talking to someone recently in the trade(finance) the consensus is further softening of prices by October as supply increases
