Boxster 25 Edition

The vented seats are great -- a fan blows air through a grid of vent holes in the seat bottom and seat back and prevent you from sticking to seats on hot days and keep your pants / shirt nice and dry. I love them. Wouldn't do without them in a rag-top. Magic.
As regards the Burmester audio, have it in my GTS and it is brilliant. Probably not worth the $$ for most folks, but if you love and listen to music, and have the cash, brilliant......

Vented seats are great in a really hot country or in a non convertible.
Id personally save your money

Gone for the Silver and red, not sure I see the point in having one in a different colour, given the connection to the concept car is its raison d'etre.
Full old man spec, so PDK, steels, camera, Burmester etc, etc.

Any advice on the ventilated seats? might be a good option for summer touring?

Looks like we've got one too so happy with that. Probably going Silver/Black but quite tempted to go White/Black.

I'm rather excited to have been told I have one as well, likely May build so ready for summer. Sounds like there will be two batches with first ones built in May. I've gone silver with red, think it looks really good.

Some Porsche centres are now getting 3 cars.

I like the idea of the red Interior but know I couldn't live with it. To compensate we've added the red roof and seatbelts for some contrast.

sounds like they're common and easy to get one. Going for white, with black and black.

1250 worldwide and 100 to the uk. I was told that some of the bigger dealers are getting 2 maybe 3,smaller dealers 1. But defo only 100 in the uk. I would think they have all been allocated by now?

Still no news on build slots and timing. Asked my opc this afternoon
He said about 80 coming here. Dealers are getting 1 or 2 each

No allocation as yet but I've been told first cars will be built in May/June slots. There was a suggestion that there will be two batched, one May/June build with the others Sept/Oct build. I'd have thought they'd build them all at the same time but what do I know.

I’ve been told that mine is definitely May build and it’s the only one my (small) OPC is going to get. I’ve paid a deposit and specified the car, order form signed etc etc. so fairly confident
