Anyone going for PPF? Grateful for any recommendations in London/South East. I’m aware of, NVN, Topaz, Azuri etc. I’m looking for a reasonable cost but a quality job. I came across a company called Aspect detailing that offer a non film alternative. Any one had experience of this? Not sure how much ppf is but for the whole car I’ve read a cost of £4K in some instances (gulp)!

No, but I did get my invite to the PEC this morning so at least that’s positive.

Had my PPF done at Creative FX in Bromley. Did a really nice job (including touching in a chip I'd already got before getting to them!). I had front end, sills/air intakes and leading area of rear bumper. They use Xpel.

From lockdown of the spec whats the time to deiivery approximately? 2 months ?

two months sounds about right. Lockdown on my Spyder is today with build completion scheduled 21 May and delivery early June

Interesting! I put a deposit down in summer 2020 and have an order number and have received a PEC invite for June but have heard zero from the OPC. They are very friendly in returning emails but can't give me any tangible information on delivery timelines.

Finally got confirmation of my opc today
He said only about 5 of the 25 edition have been released. Unfortunately mine isn’t one of them
But mine is a June build hopefully end July delivery

Thats good news, congratulations. Hopefully the rest will start dripping through shortly. I sold my base 718 Boxster to a dealer today as the offer they made was too good to refuse so I'll be sans convertible until mine arrives. Looking forwards to seeing pictures of everyones spec.

Haha. Exactly what I’m thinking. I reckon the people who are getting the 2nd or. 3rd for there opc may be looking at 2022.
