I think black,as she has already had a white GTS? As for when we get it,i think September time?

Yeah make you right there,be nice to go to Goodwood,or a nice country pub or the Silverstone F1. Oh hang on a mo i thought it was 2019 there for a mo! fking covid 19! Lol

Got my allocation confirmed today, deposit paid.
May build, so delivery in time for summer

Gone for the Silver and red, not sure I see the point in having one in a different colour, given the connection to the concept car is its raison d'etre.
Full old man spec, so PDK, steels, camera, Burmester etc, etc.

Any advice on the ventilated seats? might be a good option for summer touring?

The ventilated seats are good but the wife doesnt do long trips in a car so probably not worth it?

Ive not had them on a Porsche before so i cant say if they are any good? But i suppose if you are planning on doing alot of summer roof down trips they must be a plus?

You both gone for the Bose sound system? Most of the reports I read in ph people say it’s not the best ?
I had Bose in my Macan 4/5 years ago and back then it was all right but nothing special. Wonder if it’s improved over the years?

To my ears (old and wooly) the Bose is not up to much, but it is a personal thing, others are fine with it. I’ve got Burmester in the Spyder and it’s great. First box to tick for me.

Well im probly a bit older than you chaps so i only listen to radio 4 or a bit of Pink Floyd and the wife has Heart crap on so the Bose will be ok! Lol

Yep, Q1 22 is what you’re quoted for a std 4.0 GTS if you order now. I’ve been waiting since mid-September and actually know that my build slot date would be Q2 2021 at the earliest, but actually no-one knows......could be Q3 depending on how many depositors the dealer has in their queue and how many vehicles are allocated to them.

I got really frustrated about this and rang round a few dealers to see if there’s a way round it. There is! Or rather there was! I managed to bag a 25 edition more by sheer luck than anything else. So hopefully a delivery by summer.

Famous last words. Silver over black for me... erm unless I change my mind.

I’d really like a gts or a 25. But my will be kept on the drive. Are the hoods fine to last years outside in our weather ?
