I think it’s looks more special withe the red interior

I've gone with, GT silver, black interior and red hood. Didn't bother with bose as it's not all that great imo. Also haven't bothered with climate control as it's not my daily. Standard A/C is plenty fine for me. Still managed to spec it to £82.5k though.

I think it looks fantastic! As you say, colours are very much down to personal taste.

Just joined to say I can't believe the Boxster is 25! I remember when it launched & I got a 2.5 a few years after at 27 years old, was quite a dream for me at the time Brilliant cars

I’m manual, GT Silver, red roof, black interior, red belts, 18 Way sports plus seats, rear camera, folding mirrors, Bose, SPASM, simple cruise, climate, and a few trivial bits.

The only bit I’m not totally resolved on is red roof / belts. 6 weeks ‘til lockdown.

Bose
Silver roll over bars
Electrical folding mirrors
20mm pasm
Fingers crossed that I’ve chosen the right thing
Can’t wait till sept now

I went GT silver with red leather interior and black top/hood on my 2015 GTS. Did not think the red roof matched the interior or complimented the silver body and wheels. Never regretted it for a second. Still have not seen a red roof that made the Boxster look better

Does anyone know of any cars currently at OPCs? Really want to see one in the flesh, especially the gt silver with red so I'm willing to travel literally the length of the UK to make sure I make the right choice...

They have had a German spec car in the compound in Reading over the last few weeks that has been going to shows and motoring events like Goodwood but its hit and miss when it's there. To be clear its effectively a press car so is controlled by Porsche GB not the OPC. It might be at the Silverstone Classic next weekend but that's not confirmed.

Thanks, that sounded promising until you mentioned porsche gb had control of it - I emailed them and they told me they had no idea who had what but here's a list of the OPCs if you want to ring around them!

Porsche UK aren't being very helpful here and think they ignored my original email stating I'm looking to view a car before locking down my own spec...

"I have received a response back from our Vehicle Planning Department who have advised all Porsche Boxster 25s are sold and there is no new stock left at any of the Porsche Centres.

The only Porsche Boxster 25s at our Porsche Centres are ones which are sold and I don’t think that a Centre would allow you to view a sold vehicle.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me."

You could always call Porsche GB, speak to someone in product management/marketing and ask them if they can tell you where the car will be appearing in the next couple of weeks.
