Same dealer they were told no more cars then out of the blue given two new allocations for the later build slots. (they claim mine is not a cancelled order) I wonder if the 4.0 litre engine recalls have put some off? Have spotted two for sale at 95k mine should be about 80k the debate now is have both or sell the spyder still have till Oct/Nov to decided
I think the demand is much lower in other markets than predicted hence more coming here.L.Len said:

Was at PCGB today and their silver/red car was parked outside. If I was lucky enough to be in the position of getting one this is the colour scheme I would go for even though the gold does clash a little with the silver and red.
Congratulations to all those who have secured one.

What makes you draw that conclusion? Each country normally has to put their name to numbers and the cars are bid for an configured to that countries spec. Not saying it doesn’t happen but it’s normally a pita for a manufacturer to reconfigure after allocation and the penalties on the regional country are quite severe.

Thanks for the heads up, I popped in on my way home this morning on the off chance it would still be there and it was. So I was able to have a good look around it and take a few pics of my own. Some observations:Congratulations to all those who have secured one.
The body bits in Neodyme actually look quite subtle which surprised me.
GT Silver with the red hood looks fantastic in the flesh and I'm really happy I stuck with that combination for mine.
While I'm still happy I've gone for black the red interior is not as bright and in your face as I thought it would be.
The wheels looks brilliant.
The thought of another 8 weeks or so until mine turns up is going to seem like a lifetime

Put this 25 edition reg number into WBAC out of curiosity Less than £70 k was the offer. And I thought WBAC were offering top prices on Porsche at the mo.
did the same for my spyder 82700! Philip ought to be ashamed! would not sell for less than £96,000 and higher millage cars at dealerships for 100k plus.L.Len said:

Likely due to there is not enough data in their system to accurately quote on that specific model variant yet... so database wise it's thinking "this is close enough" when it's obviously not. Gassing Station | Boxster/Cayman | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
